The food was just bad really bad for a 5 star hotel this was very disapointing servise was good but very slow domt eat the breakfast 😅😅😅

The room service takes long time to deliver our orders .over all we had a good time there. The stuff of the reception were very kind and helpful. The rooms clean but we had to ask them to clean it every time.

Staffs are friendly, location is good, but the room is too out of day, it looks like 4 star hotel.

I can start by saying this stay had a good value for money. My experience was actually brief (one night) so I can barely judge my room and the basic services. The hotel has a really good design which I liked a lot. The room was tidy, clean and spacious. With a nice balcony, which has a really nice view all day (and even better at night). So overall the check in was seamless, pretty basic for a 5-stars hotel. So was the breakfast nothing too fancy but very good. So overall I can say it was satisfying.

Nicely located and the ambiance was pleasant. The pool was luxurious. The manager of the hotel went out of his way to make sure everything was up to the standard promised.

This hotel has probably the best location! Next door to a shopping centre, minutes from Old Medina (by taxi) and very convenient and safe. Hotels amenities were great. Staff were very friendly. The front desk manager who's name I forgot was very kind and helpful. We were on the second floor above the restaurant so every morning we could hear the chairs being moved around. On the date of departure is where our stay went from excellent to poor. I wanted to go to the airport to pick up my rental and for some reason the only option to go is to take the hotel referred company for 250 dirhams which I figured was a scam. When I asked twice about the price the girl at front desk and the bell boy was giving me attitude that he was going to cancel his friend. Than after 5 minutes of standing around the bell boy recommended a random person who was standing at the front door to take me to the airport in a very old dirty vehicle. He still took the 250 Dirhams from me and dropped me off (15 - 20 minute ride max!). The guys was nice but I don't think the bell boy and front desk staff should have scammed me like that as its not the right thing to do. Overall its a beautiful property with amazing amenities and I would stay here again! DO NOT ask front desk or bell boy for any rides as they will take their commission cuts and over charge you!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Morocco! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and overall there was a very calming and peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Its clean and comfy. My only criticism is it needs coffee in the rooms!

Personnel, especially at the reception are kind and helpful with a smile. Hotel is good, the pool is great, breakfast needs a review from logistics point of view (specially when it’s crowded, shortage on cups etc) and the vegetables are really looking old. Other ingredients are good. Bedroom is big and in general good except the shower head which is very dirty (mybe fungus) so we used the hand shower. We donno why but dirty t towels are taken everyday but never got replaced unless we call ;-) then we got them in light speed.

Hotel was lovely and clean and smelt beautiful. The room was large and grand but needs a little tlc in the bathroom as the shower soaked the floor. Breakfast was lovely and staff very polite.

Air conditioning was not working when we got to our room. Asked the reception to get the air conditioning started but their response was to open the balcony door. I had already tried doing that as it was really hot in the room. However, moths and other bugs were entering the room through the balcony. Despite several complaints nothing was done with regards to turning on the air conditioning. Paid for an expensive room but did not receive the service required. Very disappointed.

Overall a great stay -however by North American standard this is not a 5 star Hotel. Lacked a lot of professionalism and service.

It’s a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that it’s quite apparent that it’s aging and has become slightly dingy. It is very nice in general though.

shouting ,loud tv and singing was coming from one of the rooms friday night .nothing was done about it .stayed 3 times before ,breakfast was always inclusive .now its too expensive .£ 14 !

Our family of 3 had originally booked a riad within the medina of Fez, but found it claustrophic and cold and actually left after our first night, so I was looking for a relaxing and restful stay. The Palais Medina is in an incredible location just off the main drive, 15-20 minutes walk or a 5 minute taxi ride to the main medina gait and literally next to a large mall with large Carrefour and liquor store and nice food court. Plus you are minutes from the central downtown area. Upon check in, the process was quick and professional. I was quoted a much higher rate (which always includes their breakfast plan) than was available online through several sites (I used Expedia); but when I showed him the rate, I was encouraged to simply go ahead and book online in the hotel lobby and I waited less than 10 minutes to be checked in. Breakfasts are expensive and add significantly to room rate quoted. The hotel is new (built in 2011) and looks really beautiful. Beautiful winding drive, beautiful and expansive lobby, and large marble staircase leading down to an impressive pool and gardens. The restaurants likewise look beautiful. The rooms are "standard" size but with larger, nicer bathrooms. Ours was a deluxe room with garden/medina view with a lovely balcony. Very comfortable.

Facilities and lovely place a great swimming pool

Good location near the medina, supermarket with alcohol available next door. The wifi is terrible, at times we could not even check email. Staff are friendly and helpful
