It's so close to the airport, small hotel with beach access, convenient and walking distance to other restaurants etc. there was some construction next door which you can hear from the pool area, but it wasn't excessively loud and still enjoyed a very relaxing day there!

Aquarius on the Beach hotel is a great budget hotel, conveniently located near Nadi airport and Denauru port. We stayed 3 nights however there is not a great deal to do throughout the day in the area so we booked an island hopping tour. The staff at Aquarius were really accommodating and friendly, the room was clean and tidy (deluxe ocean view) with a fantastic terrace to watch the sunset, the fridge was noisy and noise Carrie’s up the stairs. Overall it was a great value stay while we transited and the restaurant/bar was good value. Pool was also lovely.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay at for our 5 night honeymoon. Aquarius is right on the beachfront at Wailoaloa, and of the 8 or so hotels along this beautiful stretch of sand, it was by far the most intimate, relaxed and casual. The food was amazing (their kokoda might be the best thing I've ever eaten!), the staff were lovely and the outdoor pool area was a highlight. We didn't want to leave, and if we're ever lucky enough to visit Fiji again, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Right on the beach, and a great location for staging adventures around Fiji. The Hotel itself is average for the area, kept clean and nice by wonderful staff. The food was great, and priced about the same as other hotels and restaurants in the area.I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Some low hanging fruit to improve would be the Wifi and Television set ups in the rooms. Tvs had multiple remotes that cobbled together functionality. I wasn't in Fiji to watch Tv, so it was barely on the radar. The wifi though was very very very slow and constantly dropped off. I had to go to a next door hotel to get a better signal to conduct some business. As mentioned easy to fix and i would stay again. Venaka Aquarius!

From the very second i got to aquarius, i was treated so well.breakfast was brilliant and being able to see the ocean so close while eating was a very relaxing experience. Id highly recommend to anyone.loved the staff so much im coming back

Room was basic but clean. Food in the restaurant was very pricey but there were lots of cheaper options close by. Staff weren’t overly welcoming - not rude but lacking the smiles they should have had. Pool was clean and the ocean which was right there was beautiful and warm as a bathtub

Lovely staff. Taxis everywhere. Right next to beach club. Delicious young coconut available at hotel bar. I will return.

I recently stayed at Aquarius on the Beach and would rate my experience a solid 4 of 5. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room, while simple, was impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort. One point of consideration is that the room I booked, expecting an ocean view as advertised in the photo, was situated at the back with no view of the ocean whatsoever. This discrepancy was a bit disappointing and didn’t align with the expectation set by the promotional material. Despite this, if you’re looking for a cozy and well-maintained accommodation with attentive service, Aquarius on the Beach could be a suitable choice. Just be mindful that room views may vary from the promotional images.

I felt a bit unsafe as my room was in the parking lot in front, not in the actual hotel. But the food was excellent and the staff was nice.

I had a nice stay here. The view was wonderful and access to the beach was great! The food was good and the rooms comfortable. There was construction right next to our room, so it was a bit noisy. (But this was no fault of the hotel).

Overall a great place to stay on a budget . We had the ocean view with a huge balcony where we could watch the sunset every night . Excellent . Staff was wonderful . Unfortunately they are building next door another hotel so some construction noise but not too bad . Restaurant food was good . Nice to eat by the pool . We enjoyed our visit .

Used this hotel as a place to hang out, eat and shower before our flight. It was a GREAT choice. Good food, drinks and great price. Not the white beaches of the areas away from the city but they had kayaks, a pool and great water pressure with hot water which was something we had not had for a week while on the ship. Room was kinda small but air conditioned with a safe, private bathroom and a tv. They had locked luggage room to hold our luggage until room was ready for check in. Fifteen or so minutes taxi ride to airport was F$20. Construction next door should not last much longer. Would not have been a deterrent for us. Not that bad and they don’t work long.

You get what you pay for. The property was fine for my purpose. Just an overnight stay while on a layover. The beach is ok. The neighborhood s little run down but seemed safe. Lots of other hotels around for bars and restaurants. A market a short walk away. You would quickly run out of things to do here if staying longer.

We loved the small friendly atmosphere and the low cost for our room . Excellent place to stay on a budget . We had a rental car and had to find parking on the road which was not ideal . Food was great sitting by the pool to eat . Lots of other restaurants in walking distance . We would definitely come back .

Location was ok, had a few places to eat within walking distance. Would not want to walk too far from location at night. Hotel needs updating, very run down. Room tired and not the cleanest, even had cockroach in the bathroom.

The restaurant and bar staff were lovely. Ambience at night was lovely. Room was average and basic.

Can be noisy with the bar/hotel across the street playing music until early hours of the morning but the rooms block out most of the noise. The staff are fabulous and very kind, hotel is a short walk to everything and taxis right out front!

My experience at this hotel was a delightful and pleasant one. The staff is friendly, courteous and always eager too please their guest. I had a room on the ground floor which was a Deluxe unit that was spacious, clean with a King size bed. At night I would have turn the a/c unit off as it would get too cold. Although the internet would be an issue at times it was not there fault as the signal is rather low throughout the island. The dining area was indoor and outdoors facing the Ocean. The staff was great as well the food. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the selection I made and encourage everyone stay there.

Great location great little place we’re doing outside renovations at time of stay but once done will look even better Lots of vibe close by if that’s what you wanted Have stayed at Denerau also but I liked how low key and quiet it was here great menu and food Local bus stops outside a litte gamy supermarket and other eat out spots all within a minute or 5 walk Beach right there no use being in Fiji if you can’t just step into the water . Would certainly stay again and recommend Would certainly recommend

Small hotel, located on the beach. Good price. Nice oceanview from the room, with a large balcony. Staff were friendly enough. In house restaurant was good. Hotel had a renovation crew working on the pool area and beach bar, so there was a good amount of noise during the day. Construction on neighboring buildings as well. Several dining options in the neighborhood and a grocery store close.

We stayed one night, so we could transfer to port denerau early the next morning. We got there early, since our flight landed at 530. In retrospect, it would have been possible to go directly to port and catch the yasawa flyer. But this review is about the hotel, and I would say, lower your expectations. We got a beach view room, which was nice, as it had a outdoor patio facing the water. Bathroom had a BO smell. The hotels pool was under construction, which we and other guests we spoke to weren't aware of, it would have been nice to send or update their hotel amenities to be more accurate. Service is done without a smile. Food and drink prices are high and not reflective of hotel rating. Therefore no one chooses to hang out and use the facilities, rather opt to use other restaurants. Front desk woman was not friendly, not happy to help travelers. My conclusion, if your flight lands around five, skip the single night stay and get a taxi directly to the port. Better way to spend first day in nadi.

Close to the airport. Great for a night before next destination. Staff were welcoming and accomodating. This property has potential that has not yet been utilised.

Easy transit to and from airport, right next to Yasawa Flyer shuttle pick-up point. Friendly staff, even let us check in early without extra charge. The bar music was a bit noisy, but it at least stopped before 10 pm.

Good for an overnight stay. Internet is pretty bad, and does not catch in room 300 at all. Water pressure is very low
