Firstly, was very disappointed to step out into our courtyard and find a filthy smokers bin which had not been emptied, made a note to always ask for a non smoking room, and whilst I appreciate the room may be a non smoking room, the fact that guests can smoke in the courtyard means that smoke drifts inside the room.
The rooms are starting to look very dated and much in need of renovations. I found the bed and pillows to be quite hard. My hubby did not. The restaurant bar area looked nice but we did not use them.
Disappointed that there was no breakfast offered and no room service.
The pool area looks very inviting.
Unfortunately the surrounding area near the entrance of this motel is nothing short of disgusting and in regards to the building next door, council should be hounded on that to see what’s going on, it’s been in a derelict state for years

Very dated and overpriced for what it is. Having ash trays outside door is not good. Much of the nighr had to deal with smoke fumes from guests in adjacent rooms. Very unpleasant and would certainly never stay again

The room was very clean but outdated the bed was very firm room service was excellent fast and friendly the food was good friendly staff all round the cocktails were delicious the restaurant was fully booked so missed out on that overall it was a good night away with my husband

Perfect. We had a family function and it was ideally located. Room was spacious and clean staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue was room 18 has a very noisy aircon that made it very hard to sleep. My daughters room was perfect.

Landscaping and outdoor surrounds is a little tied, the motel has great potential, needs updating in the decor, mattress a bit bumpy. But it is very convenient to all activities and shops

Our room was clean but did find an empty can and the heater wasn’t working properly. The sugar and coffee wasn’t filled up.

No complaints of the hotel itself, the room was great and we utilised the spa bath. Unfortunately our last night was marred by a couple in the next room who decided to have a very public domestic that went on for hours. Thankfully it was just loud yelling and swearing, but still made for a long tiring road trip back to Brisbane.

Rooms are huge and I had booked a “studio” room. Clean surroundings and quiet. I wouldn’t call this a modern hotel but it was perfect in so many ways.

For an overnight stay it was quite outdated and lacked a toaster or microwave which means you cannot even make breakfast. Also had only 2 spoons for 3 people and 2 towels...

IT was very nice and comfortable and affordable prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I will have no problem staying there again. The only thing I found with the room was there was no knives to butter toast or no cuttlery to eat with

We had not internet for 5 days it was very disappointed, and the staff did not do nothing, also did not do cleaning.

Very good for a short stay. Restaurant there was closed so we didn't try their food. There are other restaurants in the area. The swimming pool with bubble spa was great for the kids. Both the room and bathroom were good size with room to move around. Being on the main road makes it a bit noisy in the morning because of the traffic.

Very good experience from booking in to departing . The service and room was first class and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Campbell town and surrounds areas
