Had a great time. Comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Denali Perch resort. The rustic cabin was perfect for 2 adults. Cozy and quiet which is what we were looking for. It was about a 15 minute drive to Denali National Park. We liked being able to walk to Panorama Pizza for dinner-awesome pizza. The only downfall for us was not being told that the shower either runs scalding hot or ice cold! If I had children there, I would not have let them use the shower! I read reviews and it seems like this is an issue that has not been addressed by management.

The views from the front door of our cabin were amazing. The dry cabins made it feel like camping but with a locking door and a bed!

Everything was great except the do need a new mattress in our cabin. Everythng goes towards the center. We advised the management so hopefully this is a moot point.

This was the best stay of our trip. The owners are kind and compassionate. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Cottage was quaint, comfortable and very clean. Location convenient to the State park and other attractions. I would definitely revisit this resort.

Very nice place to stay. I would do it again.

Wonderful stay 15min drive away from Denali national park! We stayed at a dry cabin, so had shared bathroom and shower facility, which were in great condition and very clean and stocked. I barely even ran into anyone at the bathroom. The cabin itself was right by the creek and so incredibly charming! There is a nice pizza pub on premises, which was incredibly handy for dinner, after a full day of being outdoors and hiking. Great option for when you are not willing to bring your camping gear all the way to Alaska, but still want a bit of an outdoorsy stay (because of the shared bathrooms) that will however provide you with clean sheets and towels.

Good location, about 13 miles from Denali park entrance, this property also enjoys great dining options located at walking distance.

Absolutely loved the cozy little cabin and spectacular views!

The owners have 20 cabins in a few locations just off the highway. It was easy to check in that cabin we stayed in was cute and clean. And comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend it. very nice to have the two restaurants right next-door.

Stayed in a one room cabin on the river! It was perfect. Senior travelers checking out Alaska!

A beautiful location with a large cabin. Bathrooms were like those at a campground; outside and down the path a ways. The cabin was clean and spacious. Some of the outside lights did not come on with motion detectors as they should making the bathroom walk quite dark in places.

Good place to stay but definitely needs to be updated.

I had a very enjoyable stay. It’s beautiful here. The only thing that needed improvements was the housekeeping service.

Very unique cabin, had everything we needed. Had separate Bath house we were skeptical but individual private bathroom with private showers were clean and no regrets. 15 minutes from Denali park made it easy stay. Oh and the pizza place onsite was awesome

Great place to stay up near Denali National Park. Accommodated well for the three of us. Small dorm fridge to store cold items and microwave. Great pizza and cafe by The Perch for eating options.

The creek near our cabin was a beautiful setting and a great start to our Alaska trip. The pizza place on-site was awesome! Rooms are exactly what they state, rustic cabins, so if your used to 4/5 star hotels this maybe isn’t for you by my family of 4 loved it.

We loved everything about our experience at this resort. The views were amazing, the cabin was bright and clean, and the bath house was modern - the nicest bath house I have seen! A short walk along the creek and we were at the pizza pub. Outside dining, beautiful view of the mountains, excellent food, we didn’t want to leave. I wish we would have known to stay more than just one night.

Great set of cabins located just off the highway. The office is at the top of the hill with a fine dining room. And at the bottom of the hill is a pizza pub. The rooms were very clean. Beds are comfy. I believe the owner checked us in. She was very helpful. There is little to no phone service. But they do offer wifi. You get phone service if you go out to the highway. I would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great! The cabin and bathrooms were really clean. I loved the atmosphere and how the cabins were surrounded by trees. Our cabin was right next to the river and I loved listening to it. The only thing that wasn’t great, was that the beds weren’t that comfy, there were pretty hard. I like my beds a little soft, but that’s just a personal preference.

Short walk to the bathroom. You need to pull the handle up to get out of the toilet stall.

I had the rustic cabin next to the river. Loved listening to the water to put me to sleep. Mattresses were worn not sure if that was part of being rustic. I knew I would have to use a community bathroom and shower that was part of the rustic cabin option.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin not on the water. It had so much potential but really missed the mark.
Immediately upon entering, there was a stench of fecal matter that never dissipated. I breathed through my mouth during our entire stay. The cabin didn't appear to have been cleaned. There was dust, sticks, and pine needles in all the corners of the room. The bathroom had some orange scum running down the light switch cover and all over the shower. The wall behind the sink had spray from brushing teeth all over the wall. There was a blood stain on the ceiling and both night stands had a weird black ring (mold?) where the lamps were.
The heater was unbearably loud and woke us up every time it cut on because it sounded like someone was knocking on the door. There was also no way to black out the window so we got very little sleep.
The shower is very cramped and the shower head was at face level and I'm not freakishly tall.
Despite having a single serve coffee maker like some hotel rooms have, there were no pods for it; just packs of instant coffee.
Perhaps it's because it was the end of the season or maybe something else going on but we were really disappointed in our stay especially because the food and environment at the restaurant were the best we've ever had.
Definitely recommend the restaurant but maybe stay at Creekside Cabins next door if you can.

I am absolutely in love with this place. We stayed in rustic cabin number three, right on the creek. I never wanted to leave. Even though we opted for the most “rustic” stay, the place was clean and warm and the bathrooms were easily accessible and well maintained. The property is gorgeous. My only regret is not booking it an extra day.

This was an awesome stay, very nice cabin albeit a bit small. It was hard to find the main office, signs weren’t clear. There was a creek side cafe near the cabins and a nice restaurant on the perch.
