Quaint hotel in a great location in cute village. Reception was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was well received and worth the extra money. I’d love to return someday!!!

We parked in a neighboring paid parking lot about 7 minutes walk, as the hotel parking was full. The room in the photo during booking had a balcony, but our room did not. The room had very little furniture to put our belongings on which was a problem because there were many ants on the room floor and in the bathroom and there was residual trash on the floor. The bed was comfortable, but there was no ventilation in the room such as a fan or A/C, and there were too many bugs outside to open the windows.
The location is central in Ordino with restaurants in walkin distance.

A hotel in a quiet place of Ordino, facing the town hall, on a pretty little square, I recommend.

The Santa Barbara hotel is in the old section of Ordino but it is nearly impossible to find. Our GPS took announced we had arrived but there was no indication anywhere of the hotel. We drove around for many minutes and finally decided to park the car and enter the pedestrian area on foot to see if we could find it. Someone in a local store pointed us in the right direction but without that there is absolute zero indication of where the hotel is located. Once we came in the concierge explained we could drive into the pedestrian section but needed a special device to open the gate the bars the route. Parking is also very tight. Br prepared!
Staff are very welcoming and hotel is very clean, comfortable and well situated for a visit to Andorra. However, though Andorra is very picturesque, in a very mountainous region, there is little to do their unless you are a major fan of duty free shopping. The entire country ls like one vast airport duty free Emporium. Not sure if the prices of the high end luxury items justify it but prices for perfumes etc are same or even lower on Amazon. But if you are driving it is a great place to refuel as the petrol prices are apparently all tax free and a third lower than either in France or in Spain. Wish I had Known that before I filled up petrol in Perpignan! Pleased we stopped there, but I would not return unless passing through from Spain to France or vice versa.

Nice hotel in the beautiful village of Ordino. It is in very centrum and in many ways value for money. Breakfast was nice, more than continental. Staff was helpful, gave nice tips where to do hiking etc.
Btw, there is an interesting home museum just over the corner, Casa D’Areny-Plandolit, definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is very pretty and the rooms were comfortable - we had a double room (one above the other) that slept 5 comfortably. However, I chose the hotel based on the nice pictures of the pool - which was not part of the hotel, had limited times when it was open (and closed on Sundays) and would cost $10 per person to go for a swim. Also, there was limited parking on site and we were not able to park at the hotel and instead had to find parking in town - we did find nearby and free 8pm-9:30am but was not as expected. Andorra is expensive for hotels, even in off-season, and this hotel was able to accommodate our family of 5 (at higher cost than I thought based on the advertisement as they charge significantly extra for each additional person over 2!) - but I would not have booked here knowing what I do now.

Ordino is a beautiful little village and the hotel was at the heart of it. Recommend staying here instead of Andorra la Vella if you are looking for peace and quiet and are travelling by car.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay right in the middle of the old town in the charming village of Ordino! Great restaurants and bars right on the same street. Wonderful country walks nearby. You really can't go wrong.

The lady on the front desk was great the best we had on the trip. Not a fancy hotel but nice mountain village.

no air-conditioning which was unexpected. But everything was nice. Simple furnishings but practical, nice breakfast (continental style with a bit extra), very friendly staff.

Lovely village location. Stayed in December so was very quiet. Rooms were clean and presentable.Reception is not manned until 4pm. Street hotel is on is pedestrian access only so having lots of luggage can be a bit of a walk. The Wi-Fi is poor in the bedroom but OK in the breakfast area. Breakfast is adequate but lacking in choices for a hotel.

Small beatiful hotel in a small old town of Ordino with own restaraunt. If you like nature but do not ski, this is a right choice.

The staff were fantastic and knowledgable not only in speaking English but also in recommending restaurants and things to do. The hotel was cosy and the views were just gorgeous. If driving just a note to say that you need to go to the hotel on foot (2mins) after a retractable bollard to get the remote which you get to keep for a small deposit that retracts the bollard. The town is pretty and tranquil and the loacals were extremely friendly, a knowledge off Spanish would help however we did not find this a hindrance. The hotel is situated perfectly between the main city an the rural landscapes which you can hike within or take a ski lift up the mountains. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and country!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
