Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beds were cozy the shower was hot and the wifi was reliable. I liked the breakfast because there was plenty of options and hot bacon!

Beautiful hotel, but two things would have been nicer. No coffee in room and one more chair would have been more comfortable.

So disappointed with our stay! The elevator was broken, they couldn’t give us a room on the first floor. My husband had just had 2 shots in his spine, but no one helped us. The TV wouldn’t work. The bathroom light kept going off and on. They wouldn’t do anything to comp us because we got the room through hotels.com. No satisfaction whatsoever. We’ve stayed there many times before, but doubt if we’ll stay there again

The rooms are very outdated. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. As soon as you sit down, you can feel every single hard spring. There are no usb outlets anywhere, so bring your own. The lighting is also poor. There are only two granny-style desk lamps and a cool toned intense LED light over the door.
There are no decent restaurants for many miles. I grabbed a microwave dinner from the local grocery store and brought it back Hgo the room. At least there is a microwave

It was a nice and comfortable hotel. Beds were comfortable!
Only complaint is the bathroom cleaning seemed to be overlooked. It wasn’t filthy or anything but the used bar of soap in the shower freaked me out a little :). But all in all it was a great place stay

Quick overnight stop from Oregon to San Francisco. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Pool tho we didn’t go to it. Would stay again.

There was a lot to like about this stay, like, the cleanliness of the room, the fantastic breakfast selection, the courteous staff and one of the better beds I've slept in with just the right firmness to provide for a comfortable sleep.
There were two things that made drop it one star. One, there were no USB outlets for charging, they should replace the wall outlets with ones that come with 2 USB ports. Two, the desk should have a lamp by it to allow guests with laptops without backlit keyboards to more clearly see the keys when typing.
I will definitely stay there the next time I visit family.

My first impression is always the clean smell you get when you arrive. That is very important to me. I’ve stayed two times and felt comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly and the breakfast offered is great. Easy access to the freeway but far enough away to not hear the noise.

We had a great stay and everyone was so helpful and kind. The only issue was that the elevator was broken and made for a hustle of taking luggage up and down. Though, it was a holiday weekend and probably difficult to secure servicing.

Elevator not working....told me AFTER I checked in. COULD NOT GET TO MY ROOM had to leave. What a terrible thing to do to those who are disabled.

The elevator was broken out while stay- the jacuzzi was freezing cold- Anne who worked there was wonderful!!! Poor lady was running around!!

Staff was great. Kids soccer teams was terrible, they ran up and down the halls till 10:00 at night. Elevator broke down. and our door keys wouldn't work. Had to replace the whole thing.

Shoe marks on bathroom floor. Entry light inoperable, tough finding lights in the dark. Dirty hand towel left on pillow of bed. Other then that, everything else was good.

Paid for a suite and had to switch rooms cause the tv didn’t work then the tv didn’t work in the 2nd room

We liked that their breakfast breads and foods were individually wrapped. Very sanitary place. They were great with letting pets stay there. Very safe and clean.

Nice clean and quiet room. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Breakfast was very nice and included in the room price.

I was very pleased with my stay. The employees were very nice. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Clean and spacious room.
The only thing I would change is putting the handicap room on the first level. I injured my knee and couldn't use a room with a tub. My room ended up being on the top floor furthest from the elevator. That was tough on my knee. Also, I would have had a very hard time going down three flights of stairs.

We were looking for a location close to the entrance to Lassen National Park. This location worked perfectly and was a very nice Hotel. The Breakfast in the morning was excellent...way more than a grab and go.

TV didn’t work. Never fixed it. 2 nights.

So the only real problem was two fold. Our room door was malfunctioning and the key card wouldn't work (the only reason we got in was the door was propped open) When we went downstairs to try to get another room the lobby was swamped with check-ins and booking problems. The clerk was by herself which seemed odd given that it was early evening. Subsequently we gave up and went back to the room and deadbolted ourselves in and one of stayed in the room at all times. Not really up to your usual standard.
