It’s perfect for extended stays!!

The pool was very small. My son tried all 3 days we were there to go in but was always full with no space. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The breakfast lady, really helped to make my stay much better. Melanie was also sympathetic for my recent loss.
Her breakfast was always clean and displayed nicely.
She is a credit to the staff.

I really liked the updated rooms and convenient location. Check in was a bit delayed because our room wasn't ready but the front desk staff was pleasant. Our only complaint really was the breakfast. The options were good but there just wasn't enough based on the occupancy. Plus, star wait it down 15 minutes early every day with people still in line.

Great room, very clean. Good customer service. A little pricy but they did have a shuttle to the airport and a complimentary breakfast.

The staff were lovely. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent and even has some GF options. Mattress was a little uncomfortable for me. The biggest downfall for this property is no shuttle service after 12 noon. We had to cab both ways to the airport. However, we were going to Salem and the train station to Salem was a short walk from the hotel.
We had a nice stay and would stay here again.

The pool wasn’t as clean like it was in the past years we’ve stayed here, but other than that, we absolutely loved everything about our stay!

I don’t know we’re they get the four star hotel, Stayed there for two nights with the wife and baby, couldn’t sleep, so humid, they never fix the a/c and the tv wasn’t working, horrible experience but they were great when collecting the money

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the lack of housekeeping. They would only come every 4 day. We left on the 5th day, so it made no sense to even have them come then. Our pile of towels was overflowing, and so was the trash.

I really liked the friendly staff on the property & enjoyed how easy it was to park. I liked that it was very close when using Uber to get to a concert venue (Encore/Memoire).
I wasn't a fan of the pool area. My friend & I went for a swim, but we felt like it was icky. So we didn't use the pool.
Also, in the future it would be cool if they had a shuttle bus to Encore at the property. Either way, would deff stay there again, great service!!

The staff was not very helpful.
We asked for a late check out even by paying and they simply said it’s not possible and that I need to contact hotels.com if I needed a few hours more. That seemed bureaucratic to me.

Too close to highways, kept us awake with all of the noise. Hotel itself was nice, clean and friendly staff. Check in was very fast as well

Everything was wonderful here but rather noisy in room 222 which is above the shipping area and the train horns from the railway can be loud. If you’re a light sleeper avoid this room. Also, in this room I noticed an intense smell of cigarette smoke on three occasions. Unsure of where it originated. Overall very good stay.

My regular hotel when i visit my son's. Found out they have full kitchen and did my surprise Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel suite. Everything was perfect. Thanks

Stay was good only downfall pool is located in back way away from elevator and you have walk through lobby to use and water was cold for indoor pool other than that service was great people were friendly

This property was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle (although we didn’t know until we were going home). I appreciated soap/shampoo being supplied and the size of the rooms.

Kitchenette was a plus but I didn’t get to use it since we were there for just one night.
Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a pleasant smell for me to fully feel comfortable.

My main complaint was the room I ordered was not the room I got. I had ordered the suite and ended up with the studio. I snore very loudly so I ordered the room with a separate bedroom so my son could sleep without listening to me. We actually were in the area for an all day conference for my son with the Tufts Medical team so I was trying to make it as less painful for him as possible. I asked at the front desk if they could switch rooms for us but they could not and then I talked to hotels.com and got the same answer.

My stay was excellent because the staff treated you nice and like family. I would stay there again and for a longer period of time. The staff there are very respectful and very helpful.
