This a hidden gem. Quiet, clean and friendly. The first hotel I have seen outside Japan with anti-fogging mirror in the bathroom. The smoothest lift ride in Mumbai. Especially like to commend Rakshika in the restaurant for customer service.

Horrible Hotel, not even worth 1 star, thought it is ITC Hotel group, but not at all, it was more like a 3rd grade lodge, took so long for a check in and guy was asking weird questions, only one staff answering the phones and checking in, i checked out in few hours, tgey should refund the money, i will not reccomend this to anyone, not good restaurants or services, lack of staff, no alcohol in the hotel, due to hospital next door. Over all worst experience, NO STAFF FOR HELP OR ASSISTANCE

Stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly too. There should be proper signage out in front at the entrance to the property. It’s a bit confusing as it’s adjacent to the the hospital and shared the same entry.

The service is excellent and the area is quite safe for a woman traveling alone. This is my go to place in Thane. Shuttle to the airport is good. I gave it four stars in one area for a funny smell at times on my floor of the hotel. Also I did not like having to pay for eggs in my room and not being able to get them free with the huge buffet.

Nice hotel, warm and helpful staff . Dining room could use some improvements. Long wait for A la cart items, coffee or tea. Very slow service at the Non-veg dining room, Many items at the buffet didn't explain what they were or what to eat with. Several popular items were frequently out and at times never refilled. Overall the place is neat and clean and rooms kept clean and well supplied.

when I was asking to call me a taxi after checking out, the manager only agreed to help me with a taxi if I choose the 5 times more expensive hotel taxi.
