Multiple night stay at this property to attend a college graduation. Facility is very nice and the service was very good. Only down side was a very confusing guest laundry.

Our bed was in terrible condition, it was unbalanced and extremely broken in and made loud noises anytime we moved our body. Walls were paper thin and could hear every foot step outside of our room and above it.

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. Don’t have any interaction with the staff besides checking in. We stayed for a function there and the staff that served the food and ran the bar were fabulous.

We had to change our reservation the week before our stay due to a rescheduled women's basketball game. We were still able to stay at Hilton Garden Inn but not in the same type of room, two queen beds. Instead our room was a handicap accessible room which was very spacious. My only complaints are that there was not a shower curtain which made for a wet mess after a shower. Not sure how to use the shower without water spraying out of the shower. The room appeared and felt clean, although, when my husband was taking our extra beverages out of the mini fridge in the morning we discovered a container of uneaten ice cream and a container which appeared to be ice cream topping. Not sure how many guests stayed or if it was the previous guest that left it.

Couldn’t get anyone able to light fire pit.

I enjoyed the quiet traffic around the area for walking and running and well maintained landscaping. Rooms and property was very clean and well maintained. Service was kind and professional.

Staff wasn’t responsive to request to clean the room after 2 days. They said it the room would be cleaned and new towels and linens, but it never was cleaned.

Booked two queen beds. Room came with two full size beds, and yes I measured them. I asked at the desk and the comment back was “yes we get a lot of complaints about that but we have special small queen size beds”. So not only was the room not as booked but I got my intelligence insulted as well.

When I went to check in, I had to wait a couple minutes for the front desk to come from the back room. We Parker’s the car and almost fell on the ice that completely covered the parking lot. We got to our room and I went back outside to move our car closer to our room and again, parking lot was completely covered with ice. In our room, there was a constant swooshing sound. Possibly because we were right in front of the swimming pool? We left to go eat supper and the parking both my daughter and I almost fell any the ice walking out to the car. When we went back, my daughter showered but had to wait a couple minutes for the water to warm up. She used the toilet and had to reattach the flush lever. In the end, the swooshing sound ended up being a good “white noise” while sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are plenty others around the area.

There was WAY too much chlorine in the hot tub and/or pool. You couldn't even be in the pool area and your eyes were burning. The pillows on the bed were super flat and not comfortable. The temperature in the room would not go below 70 and we even tried to get the fan to stay on and it wouldn't, so it was hot sleeping. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. There were also dead bugs in the windowsill and it's February so I'm guessing they have been there awhile.

The outside and the lobby are deceiving. Our room and the pool were very disappointing. Our mini fridge didn’t work and they had to replace it. The air conditioning wouldn’t go lower than 73 and the u it kept kicking on and was so loud but barely blew cold air. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. The pool was small and cloudy/dirty.

Every thing was great. They are still under construction. But everything and everyone made up for any slight things.

I’ve stayed here several times and will likely again. Minor remodeling going on this time but didn’t affect my stay. Hotel was quiet even though there was large wedding party present. Purchased breakfast this stay(first time). Price was reduced compared to prior stays. Good value. Friendly staff at breakfast and at the front desk.
Would like them to have recycling available. Otherwise 5 stars.

Room service was a plus. Made the stay easier with pets. The food was not expensive and a real treat. Had the house salad with mixed greens and the grilled cheese, both were fresh and yummy.

We arrived late, checking in at 9:30 PM and exhausted after a long drive. We received the last room available (room 109) which was across from the pool. I'm not sure why this is even set up as a guest room. It sounded like the kids were swimming and screaming in my room. We stayed on a very busy night - the State Trap meet and youth baseball in the area. I am extremely disappointed that I paid $215 for a room I couldn't even catch restful sleep in due to the noise.

Called ahead to make sure pool/ hot tub working.. was told yes they working.. get there after booking .. hot tub not working. Breakfast Sunday am- the staff was late , we pre paid - didn’t get to use the voucher

The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows kept falling behind the bed because of the 6 inch gap between the mattress and headboard of the bed frame. The breakfast wasn't impressive and they were charging $14 for what was a continental breakfast that would be free at any other hotel. The elevator would sometimes sit unresponsive for several minutes both when getting in and in-between floors.

There isn't a breakfast and it isn't advertised very well that there isn't one. I think for the money you pay the room is nice and motel, but having a breakfast would be nice and I would be more likely to come back there. There are other hotels in the area as nice and cheaper and have breakfast at theirs.
