I had to go ans purchase my own pillow as it felt like i was sleeping on many shifts shoved into a case. It needed a deep clean. Grime left on surfaces.

Would have been 5 stars, but the tv in our jacuzzi suite was super tiny. (24" maybe?) And the shower head was very outdated. The water pressure was aweful. The noise was also pretty loud, but no fault of the hotel. Jusy noisey upstairs people. Overall, decdnt for the price.

It did not start off very well at all. There was a customer trying to check in and they had issues. There were multiple people in line and the other worker just stood in the back and stared at everyone. This work ethic did not change the next day when I saw someone waiting at the front desk and the desk clerk was in the back playing on their phone and would not help them. I stood there for a little bit to watch. After about 5 minutes they finally decided to help the person at the desk. The room had a very bad smell and it was easy to see that the room was not overly clean in general. Walls seemed thin as it was very noisy at all hours. Fast forward to check out. Immediately upon returning home I realized that we had forgotten some items in the room. A couple clothing items and a more expensive electronic. I called the hotel every day for three days. They kept saying they would contact the housekeeper and get back to me, they never did. Finally on day five when I called they said they did not have anything. I told them that I did not have any expectation that they pay for the item, but I was concerned about the fact that they have an employee that steals. They did not seem at all concerned about it. I asked to speak to the manager, again to let her know that they have an employee that steals. Again, my fault for forgetting it. No intentions of trying to get them to pay me for it. The manager refused to return my calls to discuss.

Great hotel for a night or two. We were put in the accessible suite which was fine. No king beds just queens or 2 queens. Beds were comfortable. Standard breakfast. Free airport parking which is awesome and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed by Penny who was so friendly and knowledgeable. The new Minot Cab company picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport. $20 can ride

Nice and quiet place at decent location. Staff was friendly and positive! Pool area was great, clean and hottub was good. (I never understand why pool towels are never replenished in the morning as only 3 towels were there at 2pm)

Staff was nice but everyday i would have to have them reset my key card,was supposed to stay 4 nights but left after the 3rd with couple yelling at their dogs and kids at 2:45 am,i checked out at 3 am

Very reasonable price on the day after Christmas! It was clean, but the shower drain wouldn’t stay open and the alarm clock was a CD player (!). A bit dated, but a good deal and a friendly staff!

Ashley at the front desk was amazing, along with all other staff! They have a fenced dog park which is also awesome for anyone travelling with pets! Very happy with this stay.

Matilda at the front desk was very helpful. Room was had a nice arrangement. Furniture could be updated or replaced. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant and the hotel rate was very reasonable but amenities were lacking and the room was not cleaned properly. There were repairs that needed to be done, such as tightening the toilet seat and adjusting the deadbolt lock on the door which did not work properly. Breakfast was very scant and mostly offered a bunch of carbs and sugar. It would have been nice to see more protein options, nut milk and gluten free options.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean but walls were very thing. However the same breakfast each morning got to be tiresome. We found there wasn’t much variety.

Great price for a clean, quiet night during a winter storm that forced me to make an early stop. Front desk very helpful with recommendations on what’s nearby for food and shopping.

Great little room. Unfortunately the bathroom light stopped working late at night and the heater got really noisy (possibly ice from the crazy storm?) But they were able to give us the adjoining room for the remainder of the night

We had two separate stays. First room was dusty and dirty. The second room was cleaner but the a/c rattled all night. Breakfast could use a little more creativity. It is ok for a quick stay but not an extended period.

The room was not very clean Dirty Towels behind the door. Finger nail or toe nails left on the carpet. Kids hand prints all over the windows.Bathroom door knob was put on backwards so door would not close until you twisted the knob and brought the latch back in than it closed.
