I just needed a clean bed for the night between flights, and breakfast in the morning, and this was perfect. Clean, comfortable, easy to find and check in. Breakfast was tasty. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Just a one night stay prior to traveling the next day out of AMS. Hotel was clean and sparse, the rooms are small, the beds firm.
The breakfast was a good value and had eggs, pancakes, cold cuts, cereal, etc.
For just a quick overnight, it was a good stay.

For the price you really can't expect much, but it was convenient for the location and distance from the airport. So if you want to save money this is a good place to stay. But if you're looking for a fancy holiday stay then you'll have to spend money and go elsewhere. The check in process was quick, however the girl at the counter changed my room based on an assumption she made when there wasn't another person with me. I'm not sure it would've made a difference, but she announced that since I was traveling alone, she will be moving me. I told her I put 2 people as a safety measure and incase a friend comes along, not that she needed to know that. Anyway the room had a funky smell, which was unpleasant but it was last minute stay and again it was cheap. They do serve breakfast at 4am which is unlike any other hotel I've stayed in, and that's a plus. Apart from the coffee at the breakfast station, I didn't see much of anything that should've cost the 15/17Euros they charged, but oh well, you win some you lose some. Maybe if they had waffles or scrambled egss I dont know lol. The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus service to the airport. Just make sure to get up a little earlier and find a spot on the bus because if it's full you're put of luck, and might have to find other means of transport.

They upgraded us to the iris hotel due to being fully booked. Excellent service, friendly and professional personnel!

Budget hotel close to Schipol airport with a free shuttle to and from the airport. Sadly didn’t get much sleep due to the room being noisy and the blinds letting too much light in from the outside. However, the staff were friendly and the proximity to the airport is what was desired

Great hotel. This was my second stay. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast

Great location for a short stay, using the free shuttle to the airport for onwards travel to Amsterdam City is a real time saver. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great shower and plenty of hot water. However the breakfast is beyond basic and very poor. Totally ripped off on the price. The reception staff come across as cold, distant and condisending. It's as though the slightest request for information is treated as an inconvenience. Not the welcome you would expect from an ibis. It maybe a budget ibis but doesn't mean you have to have a budget attitude to your guests. Spoilt my entire stay and would reconsider staying elsewhere in future. The mini market shop was extortionate and and limited, be prepared to go back to the airport for better quality food items etc at a much more fair and realistic price.

It did feel rather like a prison cell, but it was the cheapest option with an airport shuttle for free!

Good hotel for overnight stay close to the airport. Shuttle provided. Small room but enough for 1 person .

A bare bones place with no restaurant but very good breakfast buffet that opened at 4 AM. Adjacent higher priced IBIS hotel had non-functional Internet, so none of its three or four resatuarnts could accept credit cards. The only restaurant that even looked worth eating at was way overpriced. Another restaurannt that was supposed to open at 4 PM was not even close to being ready fir customers. We wound up taking the shuttle bus back to the airport to eat. The hotel room was miniscule but sufficed for one night. The shuttle bus that we initially waited 30 minutes for beneath the IBIS sign actually stopped 100 feet before the sign, where it was hidden by another bus so we couldn't see.it until it drove away. The next morning's shuttle bus to the airport was jampacked to the point where we barely got onboard.Altogether we had an unpleasnat experience and won't stay at an IBIS hotel in the future.

Better than I expected.

Super easy to reach with scheduled free shuttle bus from airport. Short walk to MacDonald's if you don't want the extra cost breakfast offered at the hotel. Tiny efficient room which is all that's needed for an airport overnight. Fast check-in and checkout.
My room was quiet and when I mentioned to the reception staff in the morning that the window blind latch was broken, she made it clear that it would be repaired right away and displayed genuine concern and appreciation.
The other IBIS hotel is next door.

The front desk was rude given that I had on record my confirmation with their Management. Our room was cold despite maintenance trying to fix it.
This is a real budget hotel with no frills. Don’t use it if you want comfort.

Good for airport overnight stay

Good budget place for a sleep. You get what you pay for: A bed, shower and toilet in a fairly loud environment. Hotel shuttle runs on-time back and forth to Schiphol every 20 minutes during the day.
Parking at property is more than 20 Euros, but the first 30 minutes are free. So, return/pick uo your rental before/after your stay and use the shuttle!

A good spot to stay for a layover while stuck at AMS airport.

You get what you pay for but I would say its rather expensive for what it is...they dont even have water in the room. You have to pay for it at reception and there is no information about how to get the transport...they dont even have contact on Expedia...very difficult to know such essential info. Its great that the bus is free but they should have the info available on the app. Also, the guy on the night shift was alright but the young staff in the morning was super nice!

Could have been cleaner. Vents were filthy. Everything else was good. We were only there for maybe 6 hours.

Pluses are it's close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from, staff are great and helpful, price is decent for what youre getting.
In my room, linen on beds were torn in many places, and there were a few bugs crawling around. Other than that, was ok.

This was an airport overnight stay. Hotel shuttle picked us up from outside main concourse and dropped us at hotel and provided the return journey the next day. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate and really well organised. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely use again
