Our TV was not working. Our desk assistant came to our room to fix it. It took her quite a bit of effort to reconnect and get it running, but as soon as we turned it off, it was right back to malfuncitoning.

So disappointed with the cleaning crew at this hotel. We ended up checking in after midnight and the lady at the front desk and on the phone were amazing. Everything on that end was fabulous and it went smooth. The problem was stepping into the room and the room floor felt so slippery I was afraid I may slip and fall. Whatever they used to mop was the wrong stuff. It's almost 1:30am and pulling back the covers after a long drive to find this nasty stain on the sheets. This shouldn't have never made it back to any bed and the cleaning crew had to see it but didn't care. Now, I have to go to the lobby and request new bedding and make it myself when I should be on my way to sleep. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with the new bedding and I thanked her. I feel that I shouldn't have had to get new bedding and do it myself for the price we paid for the room.

I am never disappointed when I stay At Hampton Inn. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet spaces, and cold rooms and service is wonderful! Prices are excellent for the stay.

Just stayed the one night on our way through but would have been happy to stay longer. Very clean. Everything updated and well maintained. Very helpful staff. Look forward to stopping here again.

Everything thing was great. The only hiccup was the computer wasn't working when we were trying to check in, and there are only 3 luggage carts.

The room needed an update. Shower door handle was loose and crocked so water leaked out. Water pressure was bad. Bed was hard and uncomfortable . Our first room was missing stuff... Phone, tv remote, shower door handle. They moved us but that room should not have been used.

Free Wi-Fi was not available to guests,,.it may have been due to storms in the vicinity. I usually book directly through the hotel with Hilton honors and get discounted rates with free guest wifi included, not sure what my connection problem may have been. Glad I had the option to book prior to arrival, totally did not miss the wifi.

Condition of the Hotel and room was below what we are used to from Hampton Inn. The place just looked tired and worn out. However, it was clean and comfortable. Cable tv no longer available in room. Breakfast was simply terrible, but the attendant friendly and efficient. We’ve stayed here before but not again, it’s on the way down.

Not happy with how we were treated at check in. Made to pay extra and no invoice even to show it. Prepaid beforehand and booked dog room. Guy at check in put extra $50 and told me I could not talk to a manager about it when I asked.

We moved into three different room because refrigerators didn’t work. The bathroom door in the last room would not even close. We reported it to the front desk and they said they couldn’t fix it. There was no shampoo in the room and we asked for some we were told they didn’t have any. We stayed two days and at breakfast the last day the trash container was overflowing. We worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed in. Most have been good.
