Having had our flights cancelled by Jetstar the night we were to arrive for 8 days the hotel was uncooperative in helping with a part refund. Refused to communicate with Hotels.Com and fell on deaf ears. We would expect a
Penalty for part of the stay, however the fact no reply to agent saw out of pocket for the full 8 nights. We communicated with the hotel, it they had little sympathy. Will not stay there ever again

Quiet relaxing location. No frills accomodation. Staff were pleasant, not overbearing. We wanted to stay until 4pm and was a little disappointed they wanted to charge half full room rate despite not being booked.

Thank you for a lovely stay at this small and tranquil hotel. I used the Spa most days for an amazing relaxing massage. Amazing best massage I have had.
Only think I can say is there are a few finishing touches missing. No tissues in the room, Maybe a couple of other toiletry items in the bathroom not a major problem as I brought my own and Bintang Supermarket is just 15 minute stroll away. I also had to leave the hotel at night to go and watch the AFL only four channels on the tv but also had a dvd player to watch the movies you bought.
Beautiful pancakes and plenty for me to eat.
Thank you for caring during my visit and I plan to return.

The Pearl hotel was excellent only small about 16 rooms so very quiet. The pool was about 8 steps from our room water temp is good well laid out gardens separate this area from The Pearl Restaurant that happens to be a very good one one the top around the area would definitely stay again.Good for romantic stay or just chill

We had a deluxe room upstairs. A big balcony and a good size room, but it was noisy from the back street. Dogs, cats, roosters and motorbikes. The bed was not comfortable but the pool area was great. The spa was excellent, a very knowledgeable therapist with attention to detail, great value for money. The restaurant was excellent but the breakfast was one of the worst around. I expected a French influence with value for money.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel but very disappointed on arrival. The rooms are gorgeous very shabby chic but poor security. My sister's room had the roof cut out in the bathroom, no flywire etc just straight out to the sky which meant millions of mosquito's and very easy for someone to climb through and steal belongings. I had a 2 bedroom suite again gorgeous but poor security. We had no phone in our rooms, zero access to room service. This hotel has no room service for food or drinks. Breakfast menu very poor. I think the Spa is false advertising because it is just a wooden hut with one table and no airconditioning. We checked out after 5 days and moved to a more secure hotel.

The staff were amazing. They could not do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They treat you with kindness, respect and friendliness. The breakfast was brilliant.

Tucked back off a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Balcony with Plumeria trees and pool view made it a perfect place to meditate in the morning right before their simple but delicious breakfast. Room was clean with good wifi and a/c. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to Double Six beach but lots of restaurants and shops along the way. I would stay here again.

Good location, walking dist to the beach, lovely staff and a nice pool... Apparently the French restaurant is good to but I didn't try it...
My only complaint... They put to single beds together to make a double and there was a hard uncomfortable line up the middle but besides that my room was lovely with good air con!

Whilst the Pearl was comfortable, the bedrooms are badly in need of updating. The local staff were very attentative, pool area excellent and clean.
In my opinion it is overpriced for what is offered. We have been travelling to Bali for 25 years, doing business!
Ok for overnight stay.

Balinese style hotel which I love, gardens are lush. A small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms and no children under the age of 15….a big plus for me and my travelling companions.
The pool is a little small but does the job of cooling you down with enough sun beds available.
I was travelling with a group of friends, we had the 2 bedroom suite which was nice, although the aircon in suite 001 wasn’t the best compared to some of the other rooms, it struggled to keep us cool while sleeping. TV/DVD player in the room, tea and coffee making facilities and laundry service available and very reasonable prices.
Breakfast served from 8am is limited but very nice, fresh juice, cereal/yoghurt or eggs/bacon or crepes.
Staff were friendly and always happy to greet us.
A good location, with lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Located in the boarder of Legian and Seminyak. Would stay here again.

This is my area that I grew up in so its perfect for me. So close for everything yet a little bit out of the hustle that comes with Kuta and Legian.

The Pearl was a great place to stay in an excellent location. We stayed in a deluxe room which was great, the only downfall was the mozzies, lots of them in the room and in the semi-outdoor bathroom, spraying the room didn't seem to help, but the hotel staff did their best. The included breakfast was fantastic, with great choices, including freshly blended juices. The Pearl restaurant was amazing. Very pricey for Bali, but the food was simply delicious. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at The Pearl & would highly recommend it.

We stayed for 11 days in the deluxe room at the Pearl Hotel. Staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and cafe for lunch was lovely. Location for what we wanted was brilliant. We dined at the Pearl Restaurant for dinner with friends and it was first class. Our only complaint (and this relates to most accommodation) is the lack of and policing of guests reserving and leaving towels on sun lounges around the pool.

Nice, quiet resort with friendly helpful staff. Rooms could do with a bit of a makeover but nevertheless were clean and were serviced daily. Also ate at the restaurant which I would highly recommend. Gorgeous pool area. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice little hotel off the street so it is away from busy traffic. Hotel only has about 16 villas so we often had the pool to ourselves (although we were there in the quieter months), not a huge pool but big enough for the amount of rooms. The only negative is that the pool turned my blonde hair green because of the amount of chlorine. MASSIVE dissapointment.
We got breakfast included with our package, they only had three meals to choose from which was a bit disappointing, but that was only a minor negative considering it is only a small hotel.
Overall we had a great time at The Pearl, it's a good distance from Legian Beach, only a few hundred metres.
Staff were AWESOME, soo friendly and always helped with any needs. Room was always cleaned when we were out.
Thanks!

A hidden gem in noisy Legian was a most welcome respite from my busy schedule. Upon my arrival the reception staff were friendly, smiling and most helpful. The room had been thoroughly cleaned and the bed made with fresh, crisp linen. Even though some rooms were being updated this did not impinge on my stay. Rooms come with beautiful decorative bedside lamps but suggest you speak to manager if you'd like to read in bed.
Breakfast is served in the small cafe and was included in my booking. The freshly made omelette was served hot and very tasty. Serve yourself tea, coffee and toast was a great idea. Breakfast also includes your choice of freshly squeezed juice which is made as soon as you make your order.
The pool and garden area is surrounded with plenty of sun lounges which makes a nice change from larger venues. No need to try scramble to put a towel out to reserve your lounge! Free Wifi is freely available at the pool surrounds and the cafe.
I used the onsite beautician twice during my stay and was very pleased with the pedicure and manicure services given by Effie. She allowed time for coats of nail-polish to dry which gives an excellent finish to nails and is so often missing in 'production spas'.
Used the hotel transport to the airport as it is convenient and only a bit more than the taxi service. Would certainly stay here again

The hotel is small and private, which was nice because the hotels on the beach are too busy. The French restaurant is delicious. We would definitely go back!

Small hotel which is great, fairly basic rooms but clean & comfortable. Nice pool & gardens. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic restaurant - fabulous food. We love the policy of no children under 15 so very peaceful relaxing around the pool. The breakfast is also very good. All in all great value for money. We would definitely return in fact this was our 4th visit.
