Courteous, fast, professional, and friendly. I can’t ask for more than that!

The hotel was very noisy with the doors slamming shut all night long.

They can do a lot more on cleanliness

Clean and safe, though it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

1st room the refrigerator wasn't working, moved to another room same thing all my food got rotten.... VERY SAD!

THE PLACE HAS BURN HOLES IN THE BLANKETS, IN THE SMOKEING ROOMS. I also told the staff about seeing roaches, In the bathrooms of two different rooms we have stayed in. They also need to wash the sheets better, and wash the blankets better.

Even though there are no smoking sign, but they let people smoking inside the rooms. I wake up like smell like a cigarette! Heater takes extremely long time to heat up the room! With that kind of room doesn't deserve this kind of room rate! I am totally disappointed!!!!!!

When we arrived the check in was terrible. She was very rude. Asking us why we were ringing the doorbell. Well she wasnt at the counter and we were trying to check in. My wife and i were dressed nice it was a beautiful sunny 70 something degree day, we traveled from out of town to go to an event and the lady was very rude again and said oh so you guys think this weather is going to stay this way? I was taken back. We were enjoying the day and trying to enjoy our time which was ruined right away. Not inviting at all. She sould not be allowed to talk to guest's that way. Shes the first person to greet the guests and she was very IGNORANT! Theres much more which i will be contacting the proper personal accordingly.

Not so good. No pen or paper in room. No telephone service. You have to walk to office to communicate Maintenance staf not available in the night No refrigeration facility. Excess food you have to eat or through it

My stay was just OK maybe. I didn't get into my room until around 11PM and was woken up by the cleaning lady pounding on my door asking to conduct her room service at 9AM. Check out is not until 11AM . In my opinion I paid for a 24 hour visit inside a room not why I was not granted privacy for the short time I was actually in the room.

The staff was very nice, but the room in this location didn't have a microwave or refrigerator which made the stay not pleasant.

Good for the pay

For what they charge, I absolutely give them 5 stars. Room and bathroom are very clean and organized. The staff are very helpful with a beautiful smile always. The AC is perfect. The last but not the least, the area is great; it is close to market and many restaurants. Thank you so much Motel 6 for the great job!

The plane was not safe or a place I would ever visit again. It reeked if smoke, the walls were thin and when you flush the toilet it makes a sound for 5 minutes

I don't know if it was okay or not for the upfront staffer who had me checked in so when I checked out, I had to tell the morning upfront office clerk that before I checked in yesterday, I made reservations. One thing I noticed about the place was that there was no elevator.

I liked my room. Clean. The bathroom sink was clogged. Room next to exit door. People coming in/out Laughing/talking loudly. Above my room noisy customer making loud noises between 2-3 a.m. Friendly female front desk employee. Helpful employee. Motel exterior is a dump. Period. Homeless people hanging around outside/near hotel/parking lot (including a family with children). Sections of parking lot NOT well lit. What did I like: Motel 6 was near restaurants, shopping, expressway and grocery stores.

The woman who checked me in was on the phone the whole time. There was a guy smoking crack in the hallway. The worst!

Smooth Check In and Clean room!

Worst hotel. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and urine. Cell-like rooms. Hallways stunk. Grim atmosphere. Wouldn’t expect to pay this price for what it is.

Literally have been bitten and left with multiple bug marks by the bugs, reported and nada room smelt as well and the sink and bath tub had hair

Property was unsafe rooms smelled like mold and smoke asked for a refund.

Front desk staff were so kind, and the room was nice and tidy. Overall a pleasant place to stay without breaking the bank.

For the price, this place is good enough. They’re certainly making the best of things. Small updates here and there go a long way. I like the no carpet, updated furniture in the lobby, and the new paint.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy access to restaurants

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was another major plus. There are tons of places to shop and eat.
