The drain for the shower drained slower than the water from the shower, the jets in the bath tub didn't work and Wi-Fi was in and out

I like the bar and restaurant. This will be my last stay here at the hotel. I have gotten bed bug bites all over from staying there for 2 nights. I am now treating my apt in case they got in my luggage or clothing. No thank you.

Great location, very friendly staff, the breakfast could have been better with more options, but the 'Big Texas & waffle house is excellent quality of food with a wide range to satisfy your hunger, overall a very nice stay 👍

The Hotel for some reason is oriented for people from India. Food, workers and even guests. It is not a problem if we know this ahead of time

the front desk at the arrival time was very unwelcoming and suggested that i wait in the lobby from 3 am ( fasting in ramadhan ) till 2 pm to be able to let me in to my room as he claimed its hotel regulations or i pay an extra night so i can go to sleep in my room
and no late check out -as per hotel regulations max 12 or 1 pm max
in short it was the worst hotel that i have ever been to it terms of service -and they still charged me for 2 days and two nights for spending in total 13 hours in the hotel and the worst part is when you try to rationalize with them at the reception they answer in a way that is so insulting making you feel stupid and i am a businessman of 60 years old and have travel led all over the world and spent a lot of time in hotels but through my life never had such an experience with such hotel and i honestly will never suggest such a hotel to anyone i know

Hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is great. Check in was fast and Emme was very gracious as she always is. We stay at this location quite often because of the staff, location, and the restaurants in the hotel. I would recommend giving The Olive a try.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast just ok; dont expect much. Glad for the restaurant downstairs.
I choose this olace for the spa. I went down to it and they told me they would not serve me. When asked why not the said no reason. Being African American thag will never sit well with me. I won't go back.

Very nice and lean hotel. Very nice resturant on the ground floor and close to entertainment area

Super friendly desk staff. We were allowed early check-in with out any issues. Nice rooms and fairly comfortable beds.
5.0
Decent rooms, although the wifi was not working, and they were aware of the problem.
The breakfast was pretty lame, with most of it being Indian food or cereal.
The best thing is the location, which is right in the area with the best bars and clubs. You can walk to several places from here.

Plus points
Hotel is new and easy to access.
Clean and new furniture.
Spacious multi-story car park
Minus points
Room too noisy because of other room doors in the same corridor shutting and waking me up seveal times.
Pillows are too bad. Sleeping experience was too bad.
Breakfast is poor in quality.

Very good service and good breakfast. Really annoying that the beauty parlor was not open when it was supposed to. Only basic gym facilities and the pool was cold. Bonus for airport pick up service.

Hotel was quite nice. Public areas were not as up-to-date as the rooms. Rooms were nice, as mentioned. Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull and they did everything to fulfill our requests. Poolside was OK, but at this point of the year (December) the sun was not shining to the pool. Gym was very nice.

Nice, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff! Will visit again.
