Booked for 3 nights at the start of our Phuket trip. Room was amazing, we booked a pool villa with an incredible view of, and access to, the private pool. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from the beach. The hotel had no food facilities, but provided a room service menu. The service was outstanding, the team arranged taxis when required.

The drive by appeal is way different than the impression once you enter the hotel grounds. It is a blissful oasis. Plan to spend a bit longer here. Great beaches are close enough so save the cost of oceanfront property and enjoy an extensive pool system right out your room doors and patio. Huge modern room with huge bathroom as well as outdoor shower. It is parade.

For our first 4 days in Phuket this resort was perfect, in a quiet area away from the crowds, very friendly reception. I would recommend and would not hesitate to book again.loved the relaxing long pool attached to every room.

Wow!!!! I wish I could’ve stayed in this hotel longer it is so beautiful the two young ladies who greeted us at the door made us feel very welcomed!!!! they were so sweet and professional
it was pouring rain and they were waiting for us with umbrellas they even walked us to our villa holding umbrellas for us so we wouldn’t get wet the room was beautiful we had a swimming pool I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The room was huge!! outdoor shower and indoor shower high ceilings!! The pool was so beautiful , felt like I was staying in a five-star resort what made it even more special where the two young ladies who greeted us. They are the stars of this property!!🌸

great stay in a very nice villa with pool access. the team is outstanding and very helpful. Jasmine organizes everything, easy communication via Whattsapp. Excellent breakfast in the neighboring café and is also possible to have it delivered to the villa. the pool is very clean and quite long so perfect for swimming. The beach with many restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The hotel also has a shuttle to the beach. here you can have an excellent dinner. we also had wonderful cinema nights by the pool! all in all a perfect stay, we would love to come back.

Jasmine and the rest of the T-Villa staff are FANTASTIC! I have never experienced better service. My 1-week stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The bed was comfy, the pool was great and I really like the outdoor shower, although my room had an indoor shower as well. The next time I return to the north of Phuket, I will definitely stay at T-Villa again. And when I do, I will visit the elephant sanctuary, which I believe is only 20-minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

T-Villas has been my favourite stay while in Thailand! Jasmine is amazing!! She is always around to help, checks in daily to see if you need anything, arranged shuttle to and from airport and shuttle to the beach. The rooms are very big, clean and the bed is incredible, sooo comfortable and big. Indoor and outdoor shower, very hot water (which is hard to come by in Thailand). Highly recommend

I had an absolutely amazing stay at T-villa. The property is beyond gorgeous, jasmine and Bieu are the BEST. They treated me like family while I was there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Close to the airport, free shuttle to and from. I’ve never enjoyed any accommodation as much as I loved T-villa - extended my stay by a week. Much love for these people ❤️

Villa close to airport with free pickup,required deposit up front of 1000bht after paying for room,but told me next morning it would take 15 days for return because I paid by credit card.Breakfast basic,watch floor tiles getting from reception (very slippery)to room & hope you like stairs as a lot to get to your room.Staff ok

The pool looks incredible.
The bathroom was incredibly tired looking and hasn't been properly cleaned. Lot's of mould building up in the tile grouting. Could do with a good bleaching.
We were told to call the hotel upon arrival for a free shuttle however when we did, the public phones didn't work and we didn't have a sim card to call so ended up paying 400THB for a 4min taxi ride.
Breakfast was limited in selection for fruits, pastries and western breakfast options. Mostly offers fried rice dishes, noodle dishes, and other Asian cuisine breakfast options.

The staff was nice but the room smelled a little funny and we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs and up again at check which was very difficult as our bags were heavy and it was raining. The room was. It as clean as we would have liked.

The attitude of the receptionist was fair. The environment of hotel room is mediocre, with dust on table and bedside. Bedside sofa was dirty with obvious marks. No socket in toilet. Had no idea why the shower and shampoo gel were oily. We finally slept with lights on as we were too scared. Luckily just booked a night.

I stayed at the property for 2 days since it was close to the airport at the end of my trip. The property is on the older side and if you do not mind an occasional lizard wondering in your room because the doors have gaps at the bottom so they can easily slip in. The staff was accommodating and very nice overall.

Me and my family (one 5-year old child) stayed here one night before leaving via the airport. The room standard was high and fresh. I'm very douptful anyone will be disapointed. The pool outside the room is very relaxing and the restaurant is good with humane prices. The small gym/fitness room was appretiated, even if it could have been larger. Great hotel to stay one or a few nights when in transit.

Hotels location was very far from everything, too many tour groups go to this hotel and were very loud (this happens often) complained and nothing was done. Buffet breakfast was absolutely terrible, rooms were not properly maintained. Will no recommend this hotel.

Good location near the airport, 10mins walking distance to naiyang beach.

Hotel was very comfy and clean, plenty of nice quality restaurants about a km away. It is close to the airport which is a bit far from the main attractions but transport was easy to find. Great relaxing stay.
