This was a wonderful property to stay at. Although it is located on Mambo Beach where there is a happening night life, and lots of foot traffic, The Beach House did not feel like we were at a resort type of area. It sits back off the beach just enough that it was nice and relaxing. The only downside we experienced is that two plus weeks after returning, we still haven't gotten our deposit back. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely pool and beachfront view. Clean apartment with lots of space and a full kitchen. Very kind & helpful staff. Gated parking provided. We would suggest adding amenities like soap and shampoo, dish washing soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Also there is no A/C in the living room/kitchen area. Even with the doors open it was still very hot and the fan isn't adequate. Families should know that the music from the bars downstairs is very loud until late at night and you have to keep the doors open because there is no A/C. Also there is no cleaning service until the 4th day and bath towels are provided every other day. I understand the environmental necessity, but in a warm climate, the towels smelled mildewy after a day. Beach towels are provided daily.

This property had a great location for walking to shops and restaurants or for grabbing the local bus to head to different areas of the island. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the grocery store. This was great because it allowed us to cook some meals instead of dining out all the time. Sometimes I like to stay in my pjs and just chill out. The unit was huge and the balcony was amazing. The drawback on this trip was the weather was extremely hot since the hurricane action in other parts of the Caribbean had stolen the wind from Curacao so we weren't able to enjoy the gorgeous balcony. Access to the beach was right off the pool area. Quite honestly, I could have stayed in the pool area for the whole week. So lovely. But the water at the beach was perfect as far as temperature and cleanliness. For the most part, the property was quiet, but you are able to hear the bars until late at night/into the wee hours of the morning on some nights, not all. There is a property next door that had their trash out there and cardboard boxes and once they got wet, the smell was pretty bad. Other than that, I would return to this property again. The staff was amazing as well :)

We booked the Royal Apartment 2 bedroom, sea view. We spent a great time.
Full furnished, very nice, with a great sea view. There is a large terrace where we can eat or spend a nice moment on the long-chair.
The piscine is clean, with some free pool cabana and loungers.
Safe parking.
You are at 3 minutes by walk on Mambo Beach and restaurants.

I loved that the front desk staff were always willing to help us find places to visit and/or eat at. They were always open to helping us sort out activities and car rentals. We only had an issue when we arrived. They gave us a wrong room, but fixed it the next day.

The suites are large and convenient with a big balcony. However the bedrooms are located in the back with windows coming out to the doorways. Meaning you can never open shades unless you want anyone passing by looking into your bedroom. So no natural light ever in either bedroom. Same goes for extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms. Forget about tweezing or make up applications. On top of everything the bathrooms always had an unpleasant smell as well as some areas of the kitchen. Thorough cleaning wasn’t done in all 12 days of our stay. Only towels and sheets were exchanged. If you wanted any extra towels or sheets during big days there was a charge.
Also as many other mentioned music blasting loud until 1-2am so balcony wasn’t as enjoyable.
Front desk only answered basic questions and did not provide any suggestions or useful information.

The room (pool view studio) was very big, well equipped and felt new! The grounds were clean and the direct beach access was very useful, as was the free parking! Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. We had a couple requests during our stay (taxi, ironing, blocked sink, etc) and each time they took care of it in a timely manner with no problems. It’s location on the edge of Mambo Beach allows you to enjoy the place and party atmosphere, but it is still quiet. I strongly recommend!

This property was very enjoyable. I would say it was expensive, it seemed everywhere on the island was expensive. Overall it was a nice place but the noise at the mood beach restaurant was terrible as they blared music daily from 7 am to 2 am in the morning and we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony. We found mambo beach to be dirty with cigarette butts, and peoples disrespectful garbage left on the sand. The mambo blvd was ridiculously expensive and sooo noisy! A ton of beach bars blaring music competing for who can be the loudest. It was horrible and obnoxious. So not quite the quiet vacation we were hoping to enjoy. We weren’t able to sit on our balcony with a sea view without horrible loud music. Couldn’t enjoy the birds or even hear the ocean. It is disappointing as this is a nice property and in a decent location but We wouldn’t return because of the loud music at the restaurant/beach bar clubs next door which you have to pass through to access the beach or if you want a quiet day at the beach it’s impossible there due to the over crowding and the loud music from literally every beach bar and restaurant on mambo blvd. Staff was friendly, cleanliness great, apartment itself was enjoyable. I’d say the beds were way too soft so that could be improved with new firmer beds or firmer memory mattresses. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and communicative leading up to our arrival. The location was great for access to the beach and some of the restaurants in the area. The room was very spacious and clean, more than enough space for two.

Modern, up to date and very convenient. Staff was all very nice. We stayed for two weeks and the days they came in to “clean” were just okay. Nothing much more them a sweep and straighten up. But over all we would definitely go back.

I liked how everything was secure and easy. We had a full kitchen and a great view. I also loved the service from the font desk. They even sang happy birthday to me. This is a must see place.

We loved the Beach House. We stayed in an ocean front 2br apt with a huge balcony. The views were fabulous. The apartment was spotless, check in was easy. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned, but that wasn't a problem. We left the balcony doors open and there was a nice breeze. And there were fans available in the closet. There are no hair dryers in the apt, but the front desk promptly provided us one. I read in the reviews about the noise level from the beach parties, but this was never a problem for us. We could hear the music in the living area, but not the bedrooms. It is a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Starbucks is a short walk away. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.. Will definately stay here again!

Great apartment - very comfortable for my family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We appreciated the AC in the two bedrooms. Full kitchen setup allowed us to cook at home. We really enjoyed our stay! We had partial sea view and was glad as deck doesn’t get too hot in afternoon. Staff are not available at night but security is on! We will be looking to book again next year

The Beach House was awesome! The staff was so helful, friendly and knowledgable - they really are great! They helped us rent a car and Patricia gave us great suggestions for a self-guided island tour. Ask them anuthing and they will help you. The view from our room was AMAZING - definitely spring for the highest level. We werent that bothered by the noise except for Saturday night. You have to realize youre right on Mambo Beach and its the party spot. If you want quiet and serene all the time, do your research and stay somewhere else. Buy your beach pass at the front desk and we liked the beach at Wet and Wild the best. The bar/restaurant at the Beach House was empty when we were there which was a bummer, but it was still one of the best places weve ever stayed. We stayed four nights at the Beach House and wish we could have just left our jobs behind in the US and started working in Curacao - right from the beach! While of course a lot of that was because the overall experience in Curacao was outstanding, it couldnt have been possible without the Beach House. The entire staff was great to work with and we appreciated all of their help. Rick showed us our room and the features and functionality within while others on the staff were very helpful for a variety of other things - from getting taxis, restaurant recommendations, band aids (oops!) and more. It was great to come to a kitchen full of food and groceries, which we ordered before arrival - and everything was as expected.If I had one wish it would be that the front desk was open a couple hours later each day. There were a couple of times where we wish we could have had someone to ask something, but it wasnt so urgent that it required a call to security.That said, we without hesitate recommend the Beach House to anyone going to Curacao and wanting to be near the beach (steps away) at a great value with amazing inclusions.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were amazing and helpful. The music on the beech is loud so you can hear it but we did not mind. You only hear it on the great balcony with a nice view so that is fine. Bring some of your nespresso capsules if you have a machine at home. It can be costly to buy them there all the time but at least they have them and because it is the only coffee machine, you will need them.

The front-desk lady called me one day before my check in day to tell me i could check in early. For me that was awesome, normally even if a hotel room is empty, no hotel would call and tell you, you can check in early. The hotel is always calm, not to much people. I like that about it. Also the location is great. I was on the second floor, so i could just get in the elevator, and walk in 1 min to the pool area. And the most amazing thing is if when you pass the pool area there is door you can open with your keypad that would lead straight to Cabana Beach. So amazinggg, and you can walk in 5 min or less to reach the MAMBO BEACH & BOULEVARD. I went here for my 26th birthday, had friends and family over. They all had a blast and they enjoyed the space and the big balcony. All the kitchen equipment are modern. My only real downside from the resort was that the living-room did not have air-conditioning. In a place as hot as in Curacao, their has to be air-conditioning throughout the apartment for me. Other than that the THE BEACH HOUSE was great, i would surely stay there again when it is less hot.

I received a very warm welcome and an early check-in. This was highly appreciated as my flight go in about 9 a.m. Everything was as described. I particularly liked the open airy feel of the space, the view of the ocean and easy access to Mambo Beach. The only thing is that the apartment could get hot, as only the bedrooms were air conditioned. A ceiling fan might help with that. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. Special mention to Denise at the front desk and Theresa in housekeeping. We were more than satisfied with our stay and plan to return hopefully before the end of the year. Thanks for the late check-out too.
I am more than happy to recommend this place to anyone I know wishing to vacation in Curaçao.
