The hotel had told me my room was being cleaned when I returned they had given my room away. I was informed only at 530 when I came to check in. No compensation no free room another stay. Terrible rude staff Chantelle and Freshka.

Love the size of the suite. Lots of amenities.

Mattress was terrible. Did not sleep all night. Checked out then went for breakfast. Had to use wooden utensils. Let’s chop down trees. Had to go to bathroom Nextdoor because their 3 public washrooms were closed. WTH. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

The beds were uncomfortable. There was not enough blankets and the fans wouldn’t shut off even when thermostat was switched to off so we frozen and slept horribly.

Great! The pool was nice and warm and great for the kids. Showers were nice and spacious and everything was clean and in good condition.

The staff at reception was welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. Breakfast was quite good.

No bar or restaurant on site. Pool not available. Had to walk across in the cold to other building for pool and glass of wine. Only two chives of white wine and only one size of glass.

Great hotel for a long visit with a small kitchen space. Clean and spacous rooms. I will continue to stay here for all my future trips.

Staff were very helpful and attentive.
Our bill included a “Tourist tax” aka money grab. It is unconscionable to me that a hotel already charging a high rate would include this ridiculous tax.

The room was clean. We loved the full kitchen as well as the roomy living room area. The location was perfect. We were able to scoot over into Saint Jacobs the surrounding farms as well as the market.

An ok hotel in St Jacobs. Close to the market and an easy drive to the village.

Overall a good stay. Beds were very comfortable and facility was quiet. Negatives would have to be the breakfast. Could be improved upon quite a bit. Also room could have been cleaner. Whole bunch of dead flies on the window sill. Not a huge deal but still shouldn’t be there.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was very comfortable, and clean. Breakfast each day was delicious and lots of choices, and changed to different options each day as well. We were able to walk to St. Jacobs market. On our last night, our door lock wasn’t working, and Lidia was so AMAZING and friendly and ensuring we got back into our room.

The hotel is very clean and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is in a great location if you are planning to go to St. Jacob's market and has a couple of decent restaurants in the area. Although Homestead Suites normally provide coffee throughout the day, they did not at this location (coffee at 3pm when we checked in was cold, likely left over from breakfast) and I could have used a magnifying mirror in the bathroom but that was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast is plentiful, staff are very friendly, rooms are comfortable, will definitely stay at this location again.

Everything was exceptional, clean and extra spacious. There was plenty of kitchen help and service personnel and the breakfast was "eggcelent"

Only difficulty was in establishing and maintaining wifi access. The instructions sheet given during registration did not work and I had to use the front desk personnel to assist.

Very comfortable room. Clean. Only issue was the wi-fi which both my phone (iPhone) & computer (PC) would not connect to because of security issues. More secure wifi needed.

When we arrived the dishes from the last quests were still
in the dishwasher. The toile seat was loose as was the grab bar in the shower. As a retired couple these were concerns. Breakfast was cold and tasteless. There were no usb ports for charging. Couch was very low to the ground. We would definitely choose a different hotel next time.
