The room is all full of golden stuff but too shining to make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is very unique and helped me relax my muscles. I kind of wish all the hotel rooms provide that facility. The breakfast in the cafeteria was mediocre and food in the restaurant was above average. There are not many good dining places downstairs unless you take a taxi. Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but hidden when we found out incidentally by ourselves. They could easily take us down there in a minute but they chose not to. Not good service. Something I learned from staying at this hotel： the extravagant affluent designs and settings does not really guarantee a quality service.

Definitely the most opulent hotel I’ve stayed at, though there are definitely some signs of wear. Service was great and the location is quite well placed, with a lot of things to do in the area. Would stay again -

One of the best and newest luxury five-star hotel in Wuhan. Great facility, location and services. Lots of store and restaurants are nearby, including the Hanshow, the largest indoor water show in Asia.

A great all around experience. The staff was fantastic from the time I was picked up at the airport to my checkout. I had a chance to enjoy the gym, spa and the Japanese style reateraunt as well. All were fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, luxurious and comfortable. Excellent service - the AC was not working properly in our first room and we were moved into an even better room quickly and without charge. Drinks in the lobby bar were impressive, spa treatments wonderful, and gym and pool well-appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Top quality hotel in every respect! 24/7 gym and room service. Laundry is rapid. Buffet meals are good and have plenty for vegetarians, frugivores, and French pastry lovers. Massive lobby! Located across from Chinese-Western style pedestrian mall with Starbucks, H&M, Marks & Spencer, etc.

I took an extended stay in Wuhan after a business conference and decided to book a place near the newly developed tourist street while in proximity of the lake front and the museum. Wanda Reign has fulfilled just that, with a true 5 star environment. Staff were courteous and helpful. F&B (including breakfast) are somewhat catered for Chinese patrons but this is common for hotels in inland cities. Oh yes, the massage chair in the room was an absolute blow away!

1) the beds were very comfortable. 2) the espresso machine was a nice touch. 3) high quality linens and towels were great to have. 4) cleaning service was excellent. 5) Hotel location is excellent. 6) Immediate service when we had no lights in the room - the maintenance people came right away to fix the problem. A complimentary fruit plate was promised to us by the front desk however we did not receive it.
