We've stayed there a few times now. Really like the executive suite, with the additional space, two tvs, and high ceilings.

Very noisy, too much traffic nearby. Pillows are nlt good. Not a single bottle of water in the room. Staff at front desk is not great, very robotic, don't go out of their way. Came here because in theory "no pets" are allowed... there were pets all over.

Really nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Not a fan of the bottle shampoo, conditioner, soap in the bathrooms and the walls and windows are thin. You can hear noise from hallways, adjoining rooms and the freeway in the back.

It was extremely loud with kids running up and down the hallways for hours. Called front desk and nothing happened. Beds are a bit hard and pillows are too large, caused a kink in my neck. The hotel was clean and the service overall was great. Maybe bad timing for the stay.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I didn’t get all of their names, but I do specifically remember O’Ryan. He was awesome!. Housekeeping staff were just as friendly. The rooms were very clean. All their staff smiled and said hello as they approached you. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Great experience, breakfast could have been replenished at a faster pace and variety which is my only complaint. We were there for a soccer tournament down the street and this place worked out great.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was really nice and accommodating as well. The only issues were the air in the room did not work and I got a handicap accessible room also that may have been an error on my part? I would stay here again though because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The property itself is nice, clean, and very convenient. Three things stood out to us though during our two nights stay. Breakfast in the morning gets very crowded on tournament weekends and the line for the waffle maker is very long. They really need to invest in a second waffle maker. Our biggest complaint was the bed. Being a Marriott hotel, we expect quality consistent among other Marriott hotels, but were very disappointed in the provided pillows. They were extremely high and very firm. We stay at Hotels at least 10 nights a year and this was the first hotel We’ve stayed at in a long time where there was not a variety of pillows provided on the bed to suit preferences. We requested feather pillows through the app and the app showed that they were delivered, but they were not. We requested them again the next day through the app, and once again, they were shown to be delivered, but they were not. Once we notified the front desk they were delivered promptly, but even those pillows were the same quality. We were in a large group with six rooms and this was a common complaint with all the parties, so it sounds like the hotel needs to invest in new pillows. We were also extremely disappointed that the pool was basically a polar plunge. Being California, and a hot day, the kids wanted to swim, but that was not possible. The room rates were not inexpensive and we expect the pool to be heated especially when it’s still warm in Norco in December. The hotel was clean tho.

The hotel was filled with lots of kids staying there for some sports event which is fine but they took over the hotel. They were running up the halls at night & in the morning & banging on doors & no one from hotel seemed to care!

Traveled with my wife and 6yo son for a family gathering and we really enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast was amazing, hotel personnel is very nice and friendly, the lobby area was clean and very well maintained and the room was also clean and well maintained as well.

Cleanness was good. The continental breakfast was nice. checked in on Saturday afternoon and thought maid service was to start on the 3rd day. That would be on Tuesday. We requested maid service and guy at front desk replied no problem. We got back to our room around five to 6 o’clock that evening and no maid service and no new towels. Had to call down to request the new towels which they brought up immediately. The only other request I have as your front desk needs to ask customers for service animals what service are they providing. That is not against the law. Anybody could bring a pet in and say it’s a service animal. And they don’t belong in the eating area during breakfast time. Maybe Fairfield Inn could have a section all the way to the back of the eating area for the service animals not right by where the food is. Overall, my wife and I were happy with a cleanness , the atmosphere and the room. We will stay there again.

I (we) thought that the hotel was clean (overall) and conveniently located to a number of locations we were planning on visiting while we were there. It is centrally located to many areas such as Corona, Temecula, Ontario, or Chino Hills. It is just up the street from the Silver Lakes sports and events complex and I believe that the facility that hosts rodeos in Norco is very close by as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even made me a fresh pot of coffee after our afternoon arrival which was so nice and I was so grateful after a long day of travel. My only ask would be that they possibly walk through their lobby level bathrooms a bit more often. At one point they were out of TP and there were some fixtures in the men's bathroom that were broken. I would come back for sure and I would recommend this hotel to others as well. The breakfast was good too, with plenty of variety and seemed fresh.

Perfect place for out stay as it was minutes away from the Silver Lake Sports complex. We found excellent places for dining and easy access to freeway.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites here at Norco. Overall very satisfactory. The one and only thing we noticed is that there was no luggage cart available. We are seniors and have difficulty hauling our luggages. Please take that into consideration that not all guests are able bodied.

Excellent Service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh/hot. Room and hotel was clean & welcoming, all appliances worked as expected. Very happy to have microwave, fridge in the room. Only semi-negative would be the small size of room, a bit smaller then anticipated. Overall a great stay !!
