It is a smaller hotel, which I enjoyed. The staff is amazing! We got upgraded to Executive room, city view. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and afternoon tea time was a luxury. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the hotel immensely. The breakfast was the best I've had anywhere in a very long time.
Everything is as advertised, and the location in the Japanese quarter is great. Our room was super quiet and we slept very well.
The staff was super accommodating.
Would very happily stay again, 10/10.

I travel for work quite a lot and decided to give this Japanese style hotel a go and I'm glad I did. The Japanese style is all about attention to detail, efficiency and service so it was a great stay. The little roof bar and pool is cool, and the complimentary snacks and drink on arrival just makes you feel good. Nice work guys. The use of the word gym is a bit of a stretch with a running machine and a handful of weights outside on the roof but i say flag the gym as it's too hot anyway so sit at the bar and have a drink. Cheers!

Hotel is in a good location not far from the sites & attractions. The staff were attentive to all our needs & welcomed us with fresh towel & drinks. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi was great with a chilled vibe with great views. Room had everything expected. Shower was lovely!!

Great smaller hotel in Little Tokyo -- loved having a 7/11 across the street and lots of sushi options near by. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the street which I loved to people watch and see daily life. Great layout of the room, bathroom, and seating area/desk. Breakfast looked good, but I didn't take full advantage and I should have. As a solo traveler I felt safe walking around alone at night - lots of shopping/dining options. I got a massage, but it wasn't a private room, which i prefer.

We stayed for our honeymoon, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They peft rose petals and wine in our room for us. They left a cake and birthday note for me on my birthday. The area is ideal and very walkable. Clean. Our stay was excellent and I highly recommend

Mrs. Trang was extremely (manager) was very helpful in resolving an unfortunate visa problem for us. She was able to dial and call multiple people and give us advice on what we should do. Very professional, intelligent and resourceful. I am happy I stayed here because of her help.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room could be a bit larger—didn’t feel like 300sqft. Shower pressure and soft water was great after a hot and steamy day. Toilet room could be more spacious. I’m 5’5” and my knees almost touched the sliding door. The staff service more than make up for the small room.

Lovely and clean hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Loved the live music during tea time/ happy hour. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay in while in HCM/Saigon.

I felt at home here at this hotel. Lovely staff, beautiful people. The location was perfect, lots of options for different cuisines. The hotel is also walking distance from the shopping malls. There is also delicious afternoon tea every afternoon from 2pm, a great treat. You wouldn’t go wrong choosing this hotel

The staff at this hotel are amazing and the location in the middle of a nice area for entertainment in the heart of district one. They have free drinks and food in the afternoon with traditional music.
Things to improve and I did not like:
1. There is not a bathroom in the room. There is a sink next to the bed and there is a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom. I prefer more traditional separate bathrooms.
2. Breakfast had very good Pho and eggs but did not have the “basic” for a European. No cornflakes (there was some old cereal not good), no orange juuce (I tried to ask but at first they did not understand and then they said politely no), no cappuccino (just burnt and boiled coffee, terrible). After breakfast I had to go out next door to a nice coffee shop to get a decent coffee.
3. There is not a real spa. They should take out the Spa from their name. If you call the number for the spa you find in the room they offer you to send you a taxi for free to take you to the spa. On the top there is a massage room but the massage is quite bad and it does not look like a spa at all.

The hotel is narrow overall and the rooftop sky lounge is too small.

Fabulous hotel… great location to walk to all.. some decent food around some nice little bars. Staff are wonderful, plus the food and amenities are great. Lovely room. Go for the executive with windows, only down size is a small plunge pool as opposed to pool as I’m a swimmer but otherwise no complaints. Worth it!!!!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop bar in District 1. In a great part of the city to explore various sites.
