There was construction going on at the same time I was there plus the pool was closed for maintenance again.

Nice clean, friendly staff but hotel is loud not much if any insulation between floors. Recommend staying on top floor

Water pressure in shower and bathroom sink were horrible! Pillows are way too soft. We had some loud people in our hallway for most of the night our first night there. We got a 5 am wake up call we never asked for we told the front desk the next morning and they did apologize however we got the call again the next morning at 5 am again…

We enjoyed the stay at Hampton better then Hilton garden Inn thats forsure.. will be booking again when in the area.. few minute drive to Glass City..👍👍

The bed was comfy sheets were clean and breakfast area seemed well stocked.
The room was clearly showing signs of age and disrepair all of the outlets were lose and hard to get a charger to seat.
The water pressure in the bathroom was awful barely a trickle and the sink hot water was a bit better than a drip.
the bath products were little better then hospital products
The floors in the bathroom were cleaned but clearly needed a steam moping and the carpet turned the bottom of my socks black
If you can get this place for less then 60 dollars a night at that rate I would book it other wise look at the holiday in or marriott properties down the street. Sad to see hilton property going downhill so fast. The hampton brand seems to be declining at a faster rate then others

We have been very happy with our series of stays at the Hampton Inns, and this was no exception! We’re just very impressed with the service, especially, and the original reason that we chose these hotels are because of the pet friendly-ness!

The front desk should be welcoming to guests not act like check in and simple questions are an imposition on their time.

The only thing that we didn't care for is that on the night we checked in this location appeared to be completely understaffed. We had to wait at least five (maybe ten) minutes before anyone even appeared at the front counter to check us in. Breakfast was good, as normal.

My wife and I were on a romantic weekend away and choose this hotel mainly because it had a hot tub and pool. Sadly we were told the hot tub and pool area were closed on Saturday. Also we found the hotel in need of a full update. There were many animals (dogs) in the property and the room my wife and I had must have had animals recently as my allergies were horrendous. Overall we found the hotel overpriced and below standard.

Room was big but the walls were paper thing so you can hear everything in the hallway easily and it woke us up from sleep.

The first room we were in the toilet handal wasn't even attached to the toilet. Then there were no directions on the phone to call front desk, so you had to guess what button to press. We received a new room but it was so gross. There were crumbs on the dresser and table, we had to get up early for surgery so we just wanted to go to bed. I went in for a shower and the floor was gross, while taking a shower there were dirty hand prints in the wall (wasn't mine). The vending machines on the floor wasn't working. We were not happy at all

The Hot tub (a primary reason I Booked this Hilton property) NEVER WAS OPEN
I was only told it would be open “in a couple of days”- when I asked every single of the (5) days I stayed at this Hilton Hotel

People on our floor were extremely loud late at night. It seemed like it was a big crowd- more that one or 2 rooms. They carried on until 2 am.

The room type we reserved was not clean at check in, so we settled for a different room that was not as spacious. Also the pool was not open due to maintenance.

Check in and check out was super quick. The room was spacious with big bathroom but it wasnt cleaned very well. There were strands of hair on the toilet, light switch, and in the shower. You also have to request that your room is cleaned as they wont dobit automatically. The paint on the ceiling was also peeling Breakfast starts at 6am and is by far the best amenity. They had eggs, potatoes, juices, muffins, fruit, toast, bagels, pancake maker and even some chips. The pool has decent hours, but the jets in the jacuzzi weren't working and a regular said it's usually hotter too. The exercise room is open til midnight but out of the 6 or so machines in it, 1 bike worked and 1 treadmill worked on and off.

2 seperate rooms were supposed to be combined by clerk on Fridays check in but wasnt. Had to redo it Sat morning when i was in a rush to be some where. Room was dirty and dusty beside bed/nightstand.

Overall I liked how much space my room had to accommodate my family. My only qualm is that I think the pull out bed may have had bed bugs. I slept on it the last night and the next day i had bites all over my arm and some parts of my legs.
Other than that it was decent for the price.

Shower was broken, the room was dirty, and there were cracks and holes all throughout the walls. It literally looked like someone tried to pull the shower head out of the wall. Just awful.

One morning breakfast only 1 attendant-we ran out of both coffees, plastic utensils (never got knives), was not fair for the one attendant, nor guests. Where was the GM, he/she could have helped out….

TV was inoperable! How can a hotel—of this caliber —have a tv with a remote that barely worked with no guide for channels or listing of programs? The breakfast was substandard. Worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had! The top of the bed sloped downward and felt like we were sleeping downhill. The staff was nice, everything clean, and looked modern. Just 3 of the most important things made the stay disappointing.

Family reunion in Toledo. Needed a place to stay. The rooms must have been recently upgraded. Comfortable bed. Very large space, Immaculately clean.
