Rooms were clean and comfy. I noticed the stairs going up to the 2nd floor were dirty and never got cleaned the whole time I was there. Other than that, everything was great!

For the last 2 years when we come to Vernal, we have stay here. This time the service, the room and the hotel was bad. To much noise in the hall at night. The bathtub water was dripping and was annoying at night. Stay there for 5 nights. When we first arrived, the front service lady was not friendly. I would ask her something and before I can finish she would tell me no.

Hotel was run down, from the rickety elevator to the thin walls. We could hear every car that drove by, every conversation had outside, and we were on the 3rd floor. The lobby was thumping with loud music from the bar. The room was not clean, hair in tub, stains on sheets, dirty bathroom floor. Couldn't request another room because they were full of wrestling teams and families in town for a tournament.

Rooms are just not clean. They don’t was sheets or bedding in between stays. There is water damage all over the hotel. The room heaters do not have anything besides full blast or off.

I always have a great stay here. The front desk is friendly and the check in is easy, they weren't very crowded. The best part is that they have an amazing steakhouse and bar inside the hotel. The food is really great and they have local beer on tap from the Vernal brewery.

Stayed for a week never once had the garbage emptied. No maid entered the room so no shampoo soap or clean towels. Also there is a steak house and trying to find a place to park is absolutely ridiculous.

The bedspread was filthy and stained! The blanket was dirty.. stairs going up to my room was covered in mud.. the heater on off button was dirty and the tv remote!! Bathroom was very clean though!

The place has walls about the thickness of a cardboard box. The bathtub faucet ran all night. The bed was horrible. The place was overall good abd the staff good

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly, the bar had friendly staff with good drinks and food, breakfast 6:30-9:30 was yummy, I had a hard time with my door and someone was sent up right away and was very kind.

You get what you pay for and for what I paid, I think the property was acceptable. Nothing fancy, the bed was comfortable, the room was mostly clean, but the bed covers were stained and there were crumbs at the edges of the bed box. You could hear really well through the walls and the heating unit was so old that I almost couldn't push the buttons to get heat. There was an OK breakfast with some good choices but no meat or eggs or oatmeal. Again, it was OK but I knew that I didn't pay for a super nice stay.

Bed spread was filthy. Had some Bad spills on it but we didn’t say anything. TV didn’t work when we got there but the employee came right up and switched it out quickly so we aren’t complaining about that. It’s a decent hotel but when a bed spread is filthy just clean it. It’s the first thing people see when they walk in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff all around the building. It has a complete set of facilities all inside from conference rooms to a sports bar and restaurant. They offer free breakfast and an exercise room, F family places and swimming pool. If it's too hot or too cold you can enjoy a full day inside! I did.

The Wi-Fi is terrible the pool area had a patch from the ceiling coming apart above the hot tub I will send pic to cooperate of the hotel soon stating that it not safe to be in the pool area didn’t get a tub for 2 in the room/nor a walk in shower as what the pic that was posted no clock the remote to the tv doesn’t turn off the tv had to manually turn it off, totally misleading.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They promptly changed rooms for us when we found our 1st room smelled of smoke and the bedding cover was dirty. Our new room was cleaner and had a more pleasant smell. There were a few areas in the room that were not cleaned properly (telephone super dirty like hadn't been cleaned in a month, top of ice bucket was dusty/dirty, outside of microwave and minifridge were dirty but the inside was clean) Sheets were clean and everything worked properly. Definitely a low budget hotel overall decent.

Nice location. Love the restaurant inside and how i dont have to go i to town for food. The carpets in the rooms desperately need carpet cleaned, they feel sticky and gross to walk on.

okay hotel. At one time this hotel must have been great and could be great again with a re-do. But I felt that it was too expensive for what it was. Our room was large but shabby, with a loud A/C and unpredictable water temperature in shower and sink. Downstairs is a large restaurant, pretty decent food and service. There is also separate bar with a pool table. The hot tub concrete was peeling. Basically, we prefer to stay in a newer hotel.

Staff did not help with any thing. Was put it in wrong room than we had booked and they wouldn’t correct the problem. Worst service and motel stay ever. Will never stay there again and will definitely not refer anyone.

Stay was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. After the AC was turned on room air freshened. Limited breakfast selection. Indoor pool was the highlight of the stay. Very clean! Older inn that could be brighten up with new carpet and paint.

Hard to set temperature of water in bathroom. Bathroom door hit the toilet. Traffic noise and periodic Jake brake noise all night. A bed to sleep in but hard to say if it was worth the price. Stayed in better at that price.

They have a great staff for the Restaurant and Lounge. Great time there. Food was found under the couch cushions and dust every where. Kinda gross.
