A very, very clean Hotel overall. Room and bathroom were immaculate, guest common areas, elevator, hallways were clean, even the parking lot. Front desk and Housekeeping extremely friendly. Breakfast and coffee area super clean and the food was great. We travel a lot, this hotel did not disappoint.

There was no one managing the front desk when I checked in. It was maybe 15 minutes before a front-desk person was available. Maybe consider refrigerators with freezers for the rooms?

Lovely hotel had everything we wanted: spacious room, fridge, microwave, pool etc. was walkable to BLVD restaurant (delish!) and Trader Joe’s. Karissa at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is oversold and sponsor of a local hockey tournament crowd, who acted inappropriately and wrecked the pool. I would like one night credit for my stay.

Property nice Expedia on the other hand not. Booked hotel day before and they had no record of booking. Paid hotel rate and expedia’s rate. Now onto the phones for the day to get my money back. Sad and inconvenient

After being on the road all day, I was relieved to have an efficient check-in. We had skipped lunch, so we headed to the lobby snack shop, expecting to pay a small fortune for a snack to hold us over until dinner. What a surprise to find complimentary bottled water, and a variety of trail mixes. Voilà, lunch for only $9! Other pros: breakfast was plentiful and tasty; the air conditioning was cold and not too noisy; the bathroom was spacious; and the bathroom had a shower instead of a tub/shower combo! My only criticism about this property is the uncomfortable mattress! My husband and I both felt like we’d slept on the floor after just one night on this mattress.

I was told housekeeping was on request. After the 2nd night, on my way out to work the AM I requested trash to be emptied and fresh towels. I returned late that evening and quickly realized my request went unfulfilled. I stopped by the front desk the next morning and they told me nobody would step foot in the room unless I'm there 5 nights (I was there for four). This would've been great to know the day before... also, I was in an adjoined room and could hear my neighbor's cough and TV loud and clear. Not worth the price.

We were there to celebrate our great-niece's wedding. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was always kind and attentive. The breakfast area was well staffed and clean. The housekeeping person was a delight with a friendly smile and greeting us. My only complaint was there was no USB ports and I had to become an Honors member in order to use the Wi-Fi or I would be charged a daily rate of $4.95. I've never run into that before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great. Only one small issue... inside the shower, on the wall, was a wad of someone's hair. It was dried onto the wall. That was gross. But otherwise our accommodations were superb. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Road access to property problematic. Very little amenities close by. No walking distance to anything. Otherwise, property itself was very good. Staff was quick and efficient.
