The hotel is located in a very convenient place, just outside the Subway access. The surrounding is also very easy to get food… very happy with my choice of this hotel..

Mirror was broken and they just put a sticker on it. Used cigarette on the floor while it is even a so called non smoking room. Tried to arrange birthday cake beforehand but it was not even available. Staff claimed they would replace it with fruits but again not available before we checked out. We won’t go back anymore.

The room was spacious and well decorated. I particularly liked the high ceiling. I also got upgraded to a larger room with good view. The downside was the room temperature was fixed and cannot be adjusted, even though I tuned down temperature by using the control panel.

When I booked, I had specify there were 4 adult. When I arrived I found out the suite was not really design for 4 adult stay so we had to add two beds. The added beds' condition was not at the best condition. The springs on both bed were all worn. I am surprise Expedia and Wyndham had allow me to book a room design for two when we have a party of four.

Excellent overall, however we had an issue with cold water, there was no cold water from 6am to 12pm, it was unacceptable and sanitary was a big issue. Breakfast buffet needs a lot more desire. They need to provide wider selections.

In general, everything is very good! My family and I feel very happy to stay in this hotel. The story height is large enough that makes the room looks very large! The only problem is the swimming pool, which is open only for people with swimming cap. This rule is not reasonable for me. If the hotel must keep this rule, a very clear statement should be given in the hotel website.

Very good breakfast buffet. The cooks must be very good. I found many dishes were all very well prepared. The rooms are comfortable. Low points are: hotel’s Wifi was exceedingly poor. The regular telephone in the room is also very poor quality: very noisy with static noise that I can’t call housekeeping. By the way, subway construction is on going while we stayed, but no noise pollution. Only in and out of the hotel could be messy. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel located at the heart of Shenzhen. The service is 5 stars, and it is also quiet - so great for working professionals. If you need any help, just as for Mr. William Deng, or also another Wyndham associate named Hassan. They will take care for your every need, and ensure a wonderful stay. Great location. Just two mins walk from line 1, Gang Xia station exit C. Friendly reminder: if you’re going to the swimming pool, bring along your swimming cap or you can buy from the health club (around RMB 40)

The rooms are great and definitely 5 star quality. The location was great since it is right next to the Yiwu market. However, the breakfast buffet was sub-par. When you get tired of the local Chinese food, go to the mall next door (the one where McDonalds is) and eat at the Mado Ice Cream restaurant. They have pizza and other Mediterranean food. We ended up eating dinner there every night.

The hotel room was not cleaned. There was some scent of cigarette right after I entered the room and acknowledged that I have requested for a non-smoking room. When pulling out the mini bar folder I found out there is some sticky, oil-like material underneath, showing their lack of attention when cleaning the room.Also, the room was paid on Expedia when booking, but somehow the reception charged my card even after I clearly stated the payment was made beforehand.

Good location, and easy to get around as MTR is not too far away. Also many malls within walking distance. Staff are very helpful and English speaking.

Hotel - room view is great , have a nice city view for both day and night accessible to train station - near to the green colour line station at Gangxia , which is just opposite the hotel , just before the train station entrance there is this 24 hrs KFC

Perfect experience! Staying for a night, the room is perfect! HUGE! modern design. Like the room so much! never stay in such a modern design room. Not too sure if all Wyndham has the same/similar design, probably not (stayed in US Wyndham, and it is different). Location is great too, metro is just less than 5 mins walk. (never time). But if you were to take a cab or car, it is not that convenient as the car is unable to drive in due to the security barrier of the commercial area. But I guess this is not require to consider. Just a few comments to improve, elevators seem to be taking time, went for breakfast, lots of dishes ran out but no one refill despite all senior staff is using their phone, no receipts given for all my bills (thinking about recycle? no, they did not ask for my email too). But overall, great! the hotel room is what I will go back for :)
