My stay was a good one. I was initially concerned when I asked for a quiet room and was given a room just down the hallway from the front desk, but there was no significant noise and I was not disturbed overnight. The facility has probably seen better days with patched and missing tile in the bathroom and small tears in the carpet and chair upholstery as well as stains on the bed cover and a towel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. You get what you pay for - an inexpensive, simple place to rest.

The bed frame covers were dirty, they only covered the broken wooden pieces with duct tape, no water bottles in the room, coffee maker in toilet, and the shampoo and body gel is horrendous. Based on the name and outer looks, it should do better.

I was concerned about noise because the hotel is located on the access road of a major highway with lots of noisy oilfield service trucks, but the walls were well insulated and the room was quite quiet. Sheets on the bed had several dark black marks--possibly from previous oilfield workers staying there.

Although I booked 3 nights, I had to renew the key card every day as they only authorised one night at a time The carpet near the elevator on level 2 was filthy. Reception was unattended on several occasions

Housekeeping knocked to clean and refresh our room but we were still inside. she left and never returned. we called front desk later in afternoon when we realized she never took care of our room. front desk quickly came up with fresh towels at the least. everything else with our stay was awesome.

False ratings on Expedia, hotel lobby nice but room was dirty, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, wall paper pealing, bath Sheetrock around shower horrible. This should be a 6 rating definitely not a 8.

The dresser was coming apart. The backboard that holds the TV on the wall was coming apart. Crumbs and a toenail on the floor. Toilet took forever to fill up. Not happy with my stay.

Work has required me to travel multiple times to Odessa over the last 10 months. While every hotel has promised daily maid service in their listings, Sleep Inn & Suites in Odessa were the only ones to provide it. They did an excellent job. My only complaint was that the two mornings I tried to eat breakfast there, there were very modest offerings and the only drinks available were coffee, apple juice and water. (I don't drink coffee or apple juice.)

First room was dirty, smelled horrible, the shower was slimy and my fiancé got bit by ants so then they moved us to another room which was better but we paid $25 extra to be able to have a late checkout and they said that no one knew of this and that we had to checkout at the normal time.

Room we reserved was not available due to cleaning personnel staffing issues. At check-in, person at desk was unprofessional. He had a notebook with profanity written on it that was clearly visible to my children. Room we did get was ok/clean. Toilet paper holder missing the rod that holds toilet paper and other small issues. Breakfast was very limited, basically cereal with broken container and waffles - had to go searching for plates. People trying to check out were yelling for help because nobody was at front desk. Main issue seemed to be that nobody seemed to care or possibly even show up!

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. What I did not like is that you advertised a hot breakfast - what was offered was a waffle machine, no protein, no fruits, no cereal, and no pastries. For this reason, I will not stay at this location again.

Booked this hotel especially for the laundry facilities. Washer not working and machine was very dirty. Breakfast was almost non- existent. Some bananas and a few pastries. Coffee looked like it has been run through the grounds twice it was so weak No attendant to be found and no one at the front desk Room was clean and comfortable though
