The manager of this property was lovely. The room was tidy but very tired. The bed was comfortable and warm.

The room stank of old covered up cigarettes, the windows did not lock. The furnishings were extremely old and outdated. The surrounding buildings were noisy.

Lovely for a one night stay - good beds, showers etc. Toaster and kettle in room. Plenty of space in room - well set out. Would stay again.

This is the second year we have stayed here and been very happy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, shower is great. Minimal noise. Owners were away and a lovely man and his daughter were looking after things and were absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend this Motel enough, just lovely and very affordable. Have tried several more expensive motels in the area and this one is the best.

Bathroom was Old and tired - the shower taps were loose and it was 1mm between boiling hot and ice cold! Might have been nice to see some shampoo etc in the bathroom too. On a plus, the bed was comfortable.

From the outside it looks terrible next to an abandoned petrol station on the edge of town and we almost did not stop. This would have been a mistake as the room was refurbished and large and clean. Very helpful staff, good value, light breakfast. 10 min walk to the town centre. The garden view was more a flat piece of grass but OK. Don't be put off by first impressions and we enjoyed our stay

superb King Size bed, continental breakfast delivered to room, which included 4 slices of bread, 2 x vegimite, 2 x jam, 2 x marmalade and 4 x butter. toaster in room.

Excellent couple of nights at Anna Bella recently. Do yourself a favour as you could not do better!

Great value for the low cost...all your basic requirements available. Twas a lovely surprise to see bread, butter jams etc for breakfast. We are going back tomorrow 😊

I was disappointed we booked an apartment , but this was definately not an apartment there were no plates no cooking faciliaties apart from a microwave, no face washer no shampoo no conditioner and the Continental breakfast was 4 slices of toast jam/vegemite and butter (not really a Continental breakfast). On the upside the bed was comfortable and we had an electric blanket the air coon could have done with a clean also I have never been in a motel where the toilet paper dispenser is locked I found that weird.

Carpet was way to dirty or worn , The receptionist was very nice offered me another room , it was the same she send me down the road to Glen Haven motel had a deal together I assume as just paid Anna Bella motel for 3 nights . The girl said herself I’ve said the carpet needs replacing to obviously who makes that decision . I was disappointed in the fact I picked that motel because it had a king pillow top bed which it did and a full size fridge but when sent to other motel it did have a king bed but not pillow top and only a bar fridge . . If I had of being staying one night I would have just sucked it up but for three nights my husband has Allergy’s and carpet needs to be clean , mind you the Glen Haven wasn’t much better dropped my black pants on the floor and was covered in white stuff , asked them if they would vacuum the room after the first night gathered they had sprinkled that carpet deodoriser on it . They did but didn’t even empty the bin which was overflowing from takeaway. So from now on will give Glen Iness a miss .

This motel was nice. Their continental breakfast consisted of bread to be toasted and butter and jelly or vegimite. There was no daily cleaning service unless specifically requested. Not as I expected from a motel. The woman at the check in office was very nice!

The service was great and the location suited our needs perfectly.

Clean,quite and good for the price. if you want a reasonably comfortable bed for the price can't go past this motel.
