The signage wasn't great, we booked an easy access room and to book in we had to go through a door with a high step and with my walking stick was really hard
2.0
Everything was great. It was unusually hot weather so aircon in room struggled. Everything else was great.

This hotel accommodation is out dated, not overly clean and terrible hard beds, my recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food at the bistro.

Rooms were very comfortable and roomy. Very clean and quiet. Parking was tight but plenty of street parking, close to centre of town.

It is in overall the accomodation is large and has all what you need.
Negative that it has no window you can open in the bedroom. The whole apartment stink from the chemical they use for cleaning. It smells like you spray a full can of glen20 all around all night. Problem it hard to breathe as no fresh air can rid of that smell as no window you can open.

Room was so spacious and great value for money
5.0
It made for a fantastic and relaxing end to a thirteen hour drive.
2.0
It was in a central area and the shower pressure was great. The bed was the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Ended up lying on the couch which was slightly better.

Nice to have your own bathroom at a hotel.

Convenient.

I think the attention to detail in the property was great. Choice of soft or hard pillows. Great choice of free toiletries.

The hotel was good as was the room. Only problem is our room was on the main road and vehicle noise and very bright street lighting impacted on our sleep
5.0
Great location, food and spacious rooms

Nothing like website description of accommodation.
Accommodation was back of pub. Some rooms up steps which is difficult with ports and also for elderly and those with mobility issues.
Rooms substandard and not to standard of what description on website states.
Not near enough off road parking. 10 parks for 24 rooms.
No second key card availibility.
Noisy until pub closes.
Sorry to say, but very disappointing and one of worse places we have stayed.

Only bad thing was the red light from the sign in room 10

Just there for the night on business. Have stayed here previously and the room is nice and does the job

Not an inviting space on opening the front door for the first time. Queen bed squeezed into a small space, made it feel very cramped. Lack of hot water in general temperature was luke warm at 7pm at night and warm at 7am. Would not want to be here in winter. The room was upstairs at the back of the hotel with a deck that had a view over the beer garden. The entrance to the stairs was beside the electrical and back work area of the hotel, not a nice or inviting entrace. The walls must have been thin as you could hear other guests walking on the stairs and outside the front door on the deck even though they were trying to be quiet. The deck overlooked the beer garden which was quiet on a Sunday would not like to be here on a busy or event night.

Limited parking but apartment was huge. Separate lounge & bedroom. Large bathroom

Excellent location. Great customer service. Good for families. Bowling expensive and limited times. Kids area closed. Food good choices good prices and indoor outdoor dining areas. Ground floor room good for older people. Had to ask for hair dryer which wasn't a problem had two irons and I hate ironing. No tea towel heaps of milk, tea and coffee free bottles of drinking water which fridge kept nice and cold. Overall would recommend and stay again.

My stay at the Crossroads Hotel was ok, not good not bad but ok. I made a cup of coffee first thing in the morning before departing and had to spit it out as it tasted atrocious , would be a good idea for them to change brands of supplied coffee.

Food at restaurant ( Indian) is fantastic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The only down side were the uncomfortable chairs and sofa.

The Crossroads Hotel was good for a one night stop over as we travelled south through Narrabri.
There was no parking on site available so we had to park in the local street which is okay because the actual carpark offers no security anyway.
The food pictures used in ad are not something we could see on the Indian Food dominant menu. Other pub style foods are also available. We had a mix of Indian and pub meals and the food was fine.
The female staff member on duty was less than friendly and left me with the impression she either hated her job or hated who she worked with.
The descriptions and photos used to advertise the accommodation did not reflect the room we had which was the Executive Two Bedroom apartment. For e.g. there was not two bedrooms..... One room only divided by a wall with no doors is a better description.
As a family of four, our room was fine for the one night stop over.

Nicely renovated rooms.

Bathroom was not cleaned and had cigarette burns in the basin
Check in lady was rude and arrogant
Parking was in the street , not allocated for hotel at all
2.0
Room was very tired. Had a lot of half finished patchwork. Room and towels smelt like strong incense which was quite unpleasant. I checked out a day earlier. For the price of the room that I paid, it was not worth it.

The staff were great, although we didn’t eat at the Hotel the food smelled great and the staff were happy and friendly. The only thing would be the photos online misled me … it’s a traditional pub sized room with an ensuite which is fine if that’s what you’re lead to believe from the outset. And the noise from the other AC units or something went on into to the night, but that probably can’t be helped in old buildings… thanks KT

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Reasonable value. Property is showing its age with doors not quite closing, lights not working. Check in was them handing over my swipe card to get into my room and hand waving as to where the parking was (car park was full). Wifi is barely there. Like I said, room was ok value for the condition but service was nonexistent mostly due to no interaction at check in.
3.0
Return visitor to hotel from 2020 but will be unlikely to book again based on the current condition of property.
2.0
Room so small. No wardrobe as there was no room. The shower flooded the whole floor. Food was okay but l would not recommend staying there.
3.0
Unit was not clean. No tea sugar milk in room. Lounge needs repair as springs are sticking out.
Note: hot water takes a long time to reach our upstairs apartment.
