Rude reception, over charged for little kids despite having reserved a room with 2 double beds. Raised the voice when we challenged the rate. We used to come here, but clearly the new owners are letting the place run down. Never again

There was no TV in the room, the hot water tap was leaking, and the chair upholstery was damaged. Also, I chose this hotel because it showed up with the filters I used for a hot tub. THERE IS NO HOT TUB. Be warned.

The room was spacious and quiet which we appreciated. It wasn't fancy but everything we needed was supplied. Excellent price! We will stay there again.

Great, friendly staff. Our King room was a large, clean room that had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfy however the pillows were not the greatest.

Stayed end of October . Room was confortable, friendly check-in, But overall experience Average / low. Says it’s a three-star hôtel , payed 190CAD/night but there were no means to make or have a cup of coffee. Probably due to the season, but the common areas were totally empty and services closed .

A quiet, simple motel close to interesting towns. The room was large and comfortable. Our only complaint is that we stayed an extra night and was told we hadn't paid enough through Expedia the night previous and owed more money. If they listed the motel for the wrong price, we shouldn't have had to make up the extra charge.

This hotel is only at 5 minutes from St-Sauveur (probably cheaper than St-Sauveur). It is also beside a general store, which includes a grocery, a pizzeria (very good by the way), an impressive choice of beers and wine. It is very convenient. And the guy at the reception desk was very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed a clean and spacious room with the river view. You can see it's an older place, but it's well maintained. We were greeted by a very friendly guy at the reception as well. There's a bakery across the street, great croissants for breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

This property is close to Saint Sauveur which is a pretty good town with a lot of dining options and nice cafe's. The area around the property is quiet with 2 gas stations and convenience stores. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Jackie at reception made my stay comfortable and enjoyable! It is my second time at Alila and I will definitely be back. The hotel is very conveniently located and affordable, which makes it ideal if staying in Morin Heights. I shall return!

The owner Jackey was a friendly face from beginning to end of our stay. Made our children smile and was prepared for every moment of our stay. When we ordered our food and they forgot the utensils he had some already prepared at the front desk. Overall 5 out of 5 stars from us a family of 3 kids under 10 and mom and dad
