It was a great stay. The jets on the tub didnt work. But Shannon the receptionist was spot on! Even went out of her way to make coffee for me! Def will be back. Need a no frills, inexpensive place to stay i would recommend 10/10

I was looking for a in-expensive place to stay for one night. This hotel fit the bill. My room was a little dated, but the bed was clean and comfortable. It allowed me a shower in the morning and that was all i was looking for. For under $60 it was worth it. Freeway noise was noticeable but i got used to it.

I liked the fact that it was affordable. I was very impressed with my room!! It was very clean, beautiful furnishings, I have no complaints. I would definitely come back here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This place was great!!

My wife and i was very happy with our stay it was clean and staff was amazing. If im ever back in the area i would definitely stay again. Right around to corner from the hospital

Convenient area little shaded looking when you pull up. But it was clean and quite. Building could use some up dating. But overall for the price it what to expect.

I didn't like the rooms cause they were dirty and they didn't have any towels or toilet paper. Sheets were dirty

The owner greeted us and was very helpful when one additional child decided to stay with us. The downstairs rooms are remodeled and surprisingly sound proof. (Rooms face I75 on our side) the city road leading to the Inn needs to be paved. Over all my kids only complaint was a rust stain on the tub. The water pressure was amazing and we will stay here again. Good value, lowest rate I have found in Lake City.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. the room was extremely clean with a amazon jacuzzi tub that made my night very relaxing, which help me sleep like a baby.

Pleasant little local place. Older motel so not everything is perfect but they are renovating as they can. sits in an out of the way spot behind the medical center. we felt safe enough to go out for a walk,hang out side, do our laundry in the simple facilities. Others were doing so too.

While it was a convenient and affordable, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was terrible. The tub was stained and the water was rusty when I turned it on.

Booked my stay in May for one night in November. When I arrived, the venue seemed a bit unsafe due to the surroundings, and the office was not staffed despite it being during office hours. My fiancé and I felt that it would be unsafe to stay at this location at that point in time. I could not request a refund because it was the day of my reservation (it was a stop on our way back home), and we drove all the way to Quincy, FL that evening to stay at a hotel we have previously used.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The manager was very nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. However, the entire hotel was in a rundown condition. When trying to open the door of our room from the inside, the door frame came loose and had to be pushed back ino place. Looked like this was not the first time it had happened. The room had an odor and the bed linen was oldand even the bath towels were of different colors. We liked the manager very much but i would not choose to teturn to this hotel.

We were traveling and booked online. When we arrived at 8:15 p.m. the office had a closed sign on the door saying they'd be back at 6 a.m. No one answered the doorbell when we rang. We were forced to find other accommodations.

We stayed here as just a pit stop on our way to Orlando. The property is older, but very clean. The owners are extremely nice! I've never had more personal service at a hotel. I was greeted by name when I first walked in, as well as in the morning when I went to check out. Very happy with our stay, even though it was a very short one.

Had to whait in the rain for someone to come, and when he came and I told him we had a small dog he preceded to tell me he needed a $50.00 non refundable deposit for cleaning and disinfection and a $50.00 deposit for damages my dog might cause, the bad part is that he wanted the deposits in cash only. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was nice but they do weekly rentals and some of the residents looked quite sketchy. The pictures do not reflect what the room actually looked like. I stayed two nights and had to turn in my towels before i got another set. I think they washed the ones I had and brought them back to me so I had to wait to be able to shower. The rate was cheep you get what you pay for.
