Very clean room with super comfy bed. Easy checkin. Our second time staying here on our way through Port Augusta.

My husband and I stayed here in early December. Our room was quiet, spacious, clean and well presented, and had an adjoining patio area. Bed and pillows were comfortable (and I'm a fussy sleeper!). Laundry facilities were very handy.
Alan, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you Alan.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend!

We were disappointed that the water bottle was empty in the fridge and no ice tray.

Always a nice comfortable place to stay. Beds comfy, rooms nice size and clean. Vanity cupboard doors in our room this visit need rehanging, but did not impinge on our stay.

The room was very good. Had everything that we needed. Location pretty central.
The outside of the property doesn’t look anything special but the rooms are really good.

Room was huge, the toilet was modern and clean. Shower was strong. All essentials were available including a hair dryer and a table top ironing board and iron. We stayed for a night and it was very comfortable.

Good basic overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean linen. Carpet has seen many years of service and kettle missing. Convenient to the rraveller but rooms on the road side are noisy.

The internet is surfer fast and room is very comfortable as newly renovated. The manager Alan is so kind and nice.

We only stayed overnight but wish we’d stayed longer. Our room (deluxe) was more than we expected and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was very spacious and quiet and the shower was amazing for a hotel shower! We were very impressed.

We always stay here when passing through from Alice Springs to the rest of SE Australia. Staff friendly and helpful, accommodation modern and clean and they have pet friendly rooms for us dog owners.

I carry my stuff into my room on a walker. There is a significant step to get up to the pathway leading to the rooms. There is not a single ramp anywhere to get up to that pathway. Also there is a step up into the room where the walker needs to be lifted.

This place was decent. Probably pretty good considering the other options available in the area. It was reasonably clean with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the place was built with eco-friendliness in mind. The staff could have been a bit more friendly, but they weren’t rude, just handed over they key and took it back,

Solid walls (rammed earth), which helped stabilise the temperature, and double glazing. When I came back the next evening the room was still warm from the heater, even though the heater had been off all day. Very comfortable with that sort of construction. Also makes a room quieter. There was a desk which I used, and plenty of bench space. Great motel.

Second stay at Crossroads Ecomotel this year & have already booked our 3rd stay on our return from W.A
Would not ever consider staying elsewhere. The rooms are so SPOTLESSLY clean.
We are a very fussy couple especially my wife.
