Room neat n tidy. Clean..nearby ferry port.

I booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!

The room was very dirty, no sheets for the bed, the mattress was dirty too.

Terrible... The bed had no headrest so there were unsightly marks made by people who leaned on the wall..!

Low-cost, budget hotel. Staff are extremely nice. (When they realized that I wasn't leaving town until the evening, they even offered to let me take a shower after I had checked out.)

Requests 2 Single Beds but given 1 queen bed. No table, no chair.

A lot of mosquitos in the room. Right in the heart of little india, great location. good for the price, just, like, 30 mosquitoes in our room.

Towels smell bad. No tv and kettle in the room, hopefully they at least provide tv in the future. Nevertheless, the location is good because museums are within walking distance.

The room is basic which is fine for what you pay. However the beds are probably 20 years old. You can feel the springs. Couldn't sleep and one will get a back ache. Not really a budget inn to supply such amenities. Wont recommend it to any one for whatever reason. Hope the management does something about this soon.

dark, a bit dingy, dated decor, thin towels, short blanket, wifi okay. close to little India and the jetty.

First we were told to come back in two hours after a long bus trip as they couldnt find our expedia booking. Then they gave us a room furthest from the wifi router. When asking the night staff where is the TV and free wifi advertised, we were told a bunch of different stories, then told the truth which was some rooms have TV but now none of them work. We were however moved to a room without bugs and closer to the router on the second night.

For a low cost hotel, this hotel is beyond my expectation. The room is so clean that you can even lie down on the floor. Amazing
