Its not modern motel but its very quiet. I get the most restful night when ever I stay here.

Stayed a week and would return in rhe future

It was an amazing place to stay at, everything nice and organize. Very friendly staff.

My wife and I was discriminated againt by the attendants their. I really liked the young owner ,but the old man is a racist and very rude.

National City Motel is very reasonable price and perfect location!

Front desk wasn’t helpful. And hotel was practically empty but he clustered everyone together so I had constant noise above me. There was dried blood on the bathroom Floor. Light switch plates were filthy. Just to name a few shady things about the place.

It was a terrible experience because i was told i wasn't going to he able to check in. The man behind the desk said the system wouldn't let him because i was red flagged. He did not tell me why i was red flagged.

The hotel is in an area relatively close to the downtown. The staff is always friendly and the price is appropriate. The problem was that we found many hairs on the bed; however, the bathroom was very clean. I would only suggest they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the beds.

The person running the property was nice. I didn't have a lot of interaction with him, but he seemed like nice guy. The proerty itself was fine. But the area around it was super sketchy, with hookers and their pimps working a few of the streets on and very close to the property. I'd never bring my family to stay there. Especially young childrenm Ever! The room itself is small and the water comes out at a trickle. I won't stay there again, unless I bring body armor and they improve water pressure. Good luck with that.

Bathroom flush was not working reported the problem. Was told issue resolved and it stopped working after few hours. We were told they are sold out and can’t change the room. We needed up using nearby Starbucks for restroom. Horrible stay away from the spot

It was the most disgusting Motel I have ever seen. Human hair on the bed, dead flies on the bed, yellow stains on the pillow cases, burn marks and holes in the mattress and sheets. This was all noticed within the first 5 minutes of walking into the room. Immediately came to the front counter and asked for a refund which they denied and refused to work with me even after seeing the photos I had taken. This Motel needs to be content

Parking was convenient.

The listing is spot on. It took looked just like the pics.it is literally a 1-2 minute drive from the highway but couldn't hear any noise from inside. Very easy driving access to most all attractions within 10-35 minutes depending on traffic. A good pizza place just a block down. Felt safe walking to it and parking our polestar in the hotel lot.

I like the convenience of the parking lot.

It is a tired motel, but was adequate for my needs - which was just a place to sleep then move on.

For the price we paid, it was a decent stay at the motel. The AC in our room was barley working, and the wooden frame behind the bed needs a deep clean.

It is a No frills no thrills kind of place but it was quiet and not too far from the trolley station and freeway. Staff was friendly (owner remembered me ten years ago).

There’s a ton of entertainment walking down the street around this place. If you’re traveling for business or military and need some company, then this is the place to stay. There’s a nice food court across the street to the south as well. I was going to grab a bite when I bumped into a couple of very friendly people who really made my night. I highly recommend this place and I’ll almost definitely stay here again. I just wish I’d taken advantage of the entertainment earlier. I had lots of opportunities but I was busy with work so I didn’t do much until the last night. That made the whole stay totally worth it!

I notice many who gave bad reviews complained about the customer service and “rudeness”. Attendant was to-the-point and direct. Not emotional one way or the other. Got me checked in and checked out, respectfully. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, and wasn’t too smelly even though it was a”smoking” room.

This Motel is very good for the price and the location. The staff was Ok, not very nice but not rude. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We only had an issue the first day we arrive we noticed that our car was full of food, maybe another costumer did it but we did not like that at all. Overall the place is ok to stay, its a little bit noisy but for just sleeping its good and convinient

There were prostitutes walking up and down the street next to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, I was happy and had no other issues. For the price, I would still recommend.

There is hair on the pillows. There are stains on the sheets and bed. We are abandoning the hotel and asking for a full refund!!!
