N1 is well located central to shops and restaurants about 800m walk to the falls park entry. Our std double was compact functional and quite confortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked homestyle and economical. Very happy with the service

walking distance from the falls, restaurant and shop. Staff is like family.

Good for what you get. Within walking distance to the Falls and to lots of shopping and restaurants. I had a nice private room, very clean and modern, and I loved the terrace and the garden with the pool. Staff was helpfull.

Great location and does the job of being affordable and walkable in Victoria falls. I would just say that there’s no going the extra mile for customers, for example: not having change for breakfast they charge for, not having towels for the pool when they have signs that you should not use room towels for the pool etc. and they offered no alternate solutions…

Perfect location! Walking distance to all the shops and cafes. My room was clean and comfortable! The check in was breeze and the check in staff was very friendly and welcoming! 10/10 would reccomend

Great location in the centre of Vic Falls town. Clean comfortable rooms and a shop on site. Friendly helpful staff.

Superb Location was central-walking distance to OK supermarket, Vic Falls National Park, Three Monkeys and other restaurants, shops and tour operators offices. Wild Horizon tour operator has an office just next to reception. My floor was recently renovated which was great. Staff including at reception was excellent

Great place to stay!
2.0
My room was very dirty (particularly the bathroom) and very much in need of repair. There was very loud construction from 830am onwards that was not at all mentioned at the time of booking. The pricing was way too much for poor value. I will say the staff was kind and professional and I appreciated them accommodating 1 hour later check out for my flight time.

Very small room looking at a metal rooftop

Decent value for the money, but rooms are quite small. It will do fine for one night's stay.
5.0
Great location as the hotel is on one of the main street for food and shopping. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The shower was powerful and space to turnaround.
The swimming pool was a 10sec walk from main reception.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. Yes it is cheap but clean, safe and easy to walk to and from places.

Hotel was very comfortable and convenient to the centre of town. They are in the process of renovating the rooms so will be nice once done. No evevators so need to be able to negotiate stairs, although they will carry your luggage up the stairs for you. Nice cheap breakfast available.

Great value for cost at this price point! The location is perfect with easy access to the falls/border, walking distance to anything in town and multiple restaurants for meals. Staff were attentive and friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries.

Super friendly hotel staff, location is good, in the center of the town, walking distance to the park entrance (10-15 min). Plain breakfast available for $5, not many choices, but helpful when in the rush. Very good and affordable restaurant right next door, the food was delicious. The room was ok (we had an upgraded option), daily housekeeping, free bottle of water, air condition worked well.
On the negative: very poor wifi. Our room was across the bar and music was very loud every day until 10:30pm. The music was very good, we truly enjoyed it, but it might be a problem for someone.
Hotel is located right by the local market, so it’s impossible to get to the hotel without local sellers following you and asking to buy things.
Overall we had a good stay

Clean room with AC, hot and powerful shower, kind and helpful staff, walking distance from Vic Falls, and walking distance to the best restaurants in town. You cannot beat the price here. I was beyond satisfied with my stay.

Only downside was all the "souvenir "stalls in the vicinity.

Had nice amenities and facilities, both within the room and at the site overall (with pool and shopping options).

Nice budget hotel near the falls

It was a basic room/facilities. Fine for a couple of nights. If you are looking for something close and convenient to Elephants walk...it checks the boxes. Staff were helpful. Also if you have a limited budget....i can see why you would choose this.

The area was very safe, staff quite efficient and helpful, BUT the building had no lift (something I haven't noticed when booking), my 87 year old mother and myself are unable to climb stairs, so I asked for a room on ground floor... there wasn't any, then they gave us a room on 2nd floor, we couldn't accept because of the stairs and when we got a room on 1st floor, we found out that there were no single beds, but only double ones. Feeling odd to sleep in a double bed with my mother, I had to spend 4 nights on a sofa. Breakfast just basic.

The staff was incredible, very supportive and amazing at helping and making us feel super welcome. The room was exactly what we needed and within good walking distance to Victoria Falls and some good spots to eat with a bar across the street and restaurant just down the road with excellent food.

Nicholas is amazing and so helpful!

The size of standard bedroom is too TINY!! Really disappointing! When I booked I expected the same size of room as Harare and Bulawayo. My room was stuffy on check in. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom.. Very unpleasant to use the bathroom if you are sharing!!. Hotel policy not user friendly. Impossible to compare another room if you want to move!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful.. Everywhere ckean, only bathrooms needs to be more clean. Getting mouldy on the corners mad hair on the floor. Otherwise it was a nice hotel..Would stay again.

I had heard good things about the N1 Hotel and to my delight, they exceeded those high expectations. The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Falls and a few good restaurants. The breakfast was fast and fresh. The front desk staff went above and beyond expectations to help in every way. I felt safe, comfortable, and valued as their guest. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and very central location in Vic Falls.
The place is clean and tidy. In the dorms it’s hot at night (January) as there only is a fan, and no mosquito net in the windows so you can’t leave them open at night.
Was the only person in my room (four beds) most nights.

N1 Hotel is in a fantastic location. We walked from here to the Victoria Falls launch site in Zambia (1.7 miles). Next door is the best bar/restaurant in the area Three Monkeys. Overall, small room with twin beds kept us cool during peak summer, and all very affordable compared to other accommodations. Wifi comes on slips so once you've hit the data limit have to run down for a new one.

I stayed here for 5 nights in a row so I really got a chance to enjoy the place, every single one of the staff, from reception, to workers to cleaning staff was extremely helpfull and friendly.
Also the manager is a very nice guy.
This place, with a very nice relaxing pool, clean rooms and bathrooms and great location makes you feel at home! There's a supermarket at walking distance and there's a very nice bar/resto just accros the street.
Thank you!!

Hotel is right in the middle of the town of Victoria Falls. Lots of restaurants and shops near hotel. You can walk to Victoria Falls about a 20 minute walk. Front desk staff name Sebastian was very helpful and after his shift he offered to show us neighboring country Zambia for the afternoon. That is good customer service!!!I recommend staying here if you are there for just a few nights

Budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Spent two nights. Close to Victoria Falls. Close to eating establishments in town. Security was good. Internet service worked well. Very hot shower. No left in the hotel, but Staff would not let us carry our bags.
