Cleanliness fine. No problems
Toilet seat loose and almost falling off
No stopper in bathroom sink
Shower curtain didn’t reach into tub so water on floor
Front desk staff goes outside to smoke and vape right at door area. Very unprofessional
Not offered waters as a rewards member upon checkin

Nice place. Easy access to downtown Missoula.

This hotel was extremely subpar. I didn't realize when booking there is basically ZERO amenities at this hotel--no pool, no continental breakfast, not even water available. The water in the rooms has a terribly metallic taste. The room itself was disgusting. There were candy wrappers on the floor, a huge clump of hair on the desk, and a "foily" (used for cooking drugs) in one of the cabinets. Additionally, the main lamp/cell phone charging station didn't work and required us having to fiddle behind the nightstand to get it to work. The blinds didn't work and we had to also fiddle with that to get it to close. The beds were at least clean, but the rest of the place was gross.

Great place all around highly recommended

The hotel was nice for the money. We had to switch rooms because the TV in the first room didn’t have any volume whatsoever. The room was clean but, has large burnt spots in the carpet that were like hard plastic that had been melted from the iron. The mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable. The staff felt it was okay for them to park in the handicapped parking spaces even though they are not handicapped limiting the spaces for the handicapped guests.

Great price for a nice room.

Very nice stop for a one night stay. Minor mechanical issues in room that needed attention.

Reception person was not at the front when we arrived. We called and she came quickly but spent our entire check in on the phone with her son. My husband asked about coffee early and she said it would be there.
The coffee wasn’t ready and the early desk person didn’t speak to me until I spoke to her. The hotel itself was very nice.

The location is ok, if the window is open the freeway noise is prevalent, otherwise it was quiet.

Thought breakfast was included. Surprised it was a purchase and out of the store, not hot like most hotels.

The front desk staff were most helpful and friendly.
The room was not very clean, There were hair ties and dirt in the bathroom yet. Only one washcloth and it looked like it had been used as a floor rag. Also, its not a very quiet place.

The water didn’t drain fast during a shower

From start to finish, friendly, responsive service from the front desk, maids, etc. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaints: 1. No dishes/utensils available to use ( had to spend $18 at Goodwill for some) 2. The food disposal didnt function. Otherwise, an excellent stay, and I'd book here again!

Nice fridge and little kitchen. Not an outfitted kitchen.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good value for the money.

Side entrance door was broken and sometimes not closed, so was a huge security issue. Was there for several days and the door was never fixed and who knows how long it has been broken and ignored before I arrived. Kitchen did not have cookware. Seems silly to have a stove but not provide pots and pans or any cutlery or dishes. People don’t travel with pots and pans. But still a decent place to stay for the price.

I traveled here for medical issues over a three month time and stayed here every time. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette which is very convenient. Everything was very clean and the desk clerks helpful. It's reasonably priced and close to restaurants. A good value.

Upon arrival, the bed in the room we were assigned was not made up. All the bedding was piled up in a chair next to the bed. We called the desk and the front desk girl helped us move to another room. That room was much better, but the refrigerator was incredibly noisy. I did find it odd that a partial refund or discount was never offered. We understand it was likely a miscommunication with housekeeping but we were exhausted and some compensation would have been nice. Also, it is advertised that they have an in room breakfast option. This is not accurate. All they have is coffee.

Stopped last minute while traveling when roads got bad. Very impressive! Clean and up scale for a good price. The only downside was no free breakfast options at all, so I put 4 stars for service.

Nice place. Don't think they test things before they rent the room. Remote turns on the cable box, tv functions I had to reach in back of it to turn it on or adjust volume. Drain plug was not attached to plunger. Had to pry the plug out to empty water in sink. No ice machine, they said turn on ice maker in fridge. No ice was made..No breakfast, factor what that costs and is it really a fair price..Great beds and tv channels. Employees must be from the Bahamas, 78 in all common areas. Had to turn on the AC and crack the window..

I was very happy with my stay. The room had a recliner as advertised. The kitchen appliances make it a great place for an extended stay.

I reserved two queen beds. After we made it to 3rd floor and went into room it was one queen bed. We had to go downstairs again with all of our luggage so they could give us new room.

$25 pet fee, non-refundable, and not disclosed prior to reservation. No breakfast. Kitchenette unit with no dishes pot, or pans. Tiny coffee maker with no carafe. Huge chair parked in front of the open corner closet, blocking access. Melted bar soap in shower from previous guest. Poo-colored stains in toilet.

We were woke up at 2 am to a hotel worker trying to enter our room good thing we had the safety lock, locked we we asked what they were doing they just replied oh sorry. In the morning I asked the front desk what the heck was going on they replied it was probably a night audit.... dont stay here if you want privacy
