I had a pool view room very modern and big. Welcome at reception was really friendly and also the staff was all very helpful. I liked the big variety of food including live cooking. The area is surrounded by a wonderful garden with many areas to relax and the beach is clean and enough sunbeds. Definitely a hotel to stay again.

I have stayed at this resort when we first arrived to Turkey in 2017, and since we are leaving tomorrow June 2021, we decided to end at the resort that we started our adventures. I really like the Aqua park for the kids! The beach is amazing as it's sandy and shallow. The pier is really nice to sun bathe of jump off it, you can also feed fish. It's a really nice resort. There are 3 of them, Golden Beach, Golden Coast and Elite. We stayed at the Golden Coast Ina family room which had 2 rooms. It's. A really nice resort, as it has everything! Highly recommended!

I booked a week here after a week in Istanbul, the stay at Von resort was pure and simple for the 10yr old to get some quality pool time in. So, booked on the basis of the water features on site. See below for good stuff. Bad stuff: Check in was ok for us because we arrived very late, but we saw lots of others have really really awful experiences. Pregnant lady with a young child, over 2 hours stood/sat in reception because of the queue. Most the check in staff not very competent, you will see 4 or 5 on, and often 3 could be dealing with one guest which was frustrating to watch. Services: we moved out of the side rooms because getting basic things like room repairs, laundry pick up, minor queries simply did not get done. The staff just acknowledge your request on phone, and it's as if they ignore it. It took 3 calls during the day, and eventually i went to reception personally, just to get a laundry bag. Same experience with anything we needed in our room, you would have to really follow it up. We spent about 10 hours wasted waiting and following things up, in our 6 day trip. Enough for me to complain formally. Water park shuts at 5pm which really should be advertised before you book, especially if you are booking for kids on the basis of the waterpark. Paying for internet in rooms is a waste of money. Paid, could never get it. Don't use laundry service, we did one load of washing, bill of around 50 Euros. I'm still in shock. Very little English spoken, which is surprising.
