Don’t stay here unless you can handle sleeping in a dirty bed, pubes in the sink and tub. Holes in the doors and wall, assuming that’s where the person had their hair ripped out, there was hair everywhere. Cigarette butts and ashes in the Chester drawers, makeup stain on the pillow, left over food and open beer in the fridge. Microwave finally came on and smelled of Urine. I should have slept in my Truck. That place is unclean, unsafe. Expedia should not have this as an option on their website. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

It seemed as if some people are living at the property and I did not feel safe when I pulled in. Once I went inside I saw roaches walking around and the smell of insecticide was strong. I had a long drive and tried to go to sleep around 7:30/ 8pm and the people on the floor above me were walking around constantly until after 11pm. I finally got up at 1:30am and left to finish my drive home. I will not stay here again.

It really is true you get what you pay for. But I did expect at least some plastic drinking cups, facial tissues, a sink that does not wobble (pedestal), overhead lights that don't flicker nonstop, and just maybe a desk lamp for the desk in the far corner away from any light source (only light are canned ceiling lights). The saving grace is that I got here so late that it will be a bad dream in 6 hours.

This place looks nothing like it did on line.It looks horrible when you pull on the lot.Curtains down room looks like they never been clean.The clerk came to the desk with a towel rapped around him and a jacket on.No one could speak English.I booked through Klarna paid my payment.When I got there I was told they didn't accept it.So I paid with my card and to my surprise it was ran through Klarna.I had to stay due to me being out of town.But the next day I left.This hotel is not fit to be open.It should be honest and put the true picture of how this place looks.

When we arrived to the hotel. It was not fit for even a dog to stay in! Bugs under the mattress! Only had smoking rooms. Paid for a king room but wasn’t a king bed was 2 doubles

Dead bugs in the room. Looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned for awhile. We were traveling with animals, though, so did not expect a great room.

Whatever this site says it is, good bad or indifferent… Just know take that negative -100 and you hopefully would understand what you would be getting into if you booked a stay there. There’s no words

Toilet wouldn't flush. They had to plunge it. I had to check in and get key at their other property next door for our room and we checked in before 9pm. The property was safe and quiet though. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and even though the bed felt like a rock, it didn't have bed bugs at least.

We had a jacuzzi in our room unexpectedly. If I were traveling with my wife rather than coworker this would have been a terrific bonus for the same price!

Place was nasty. Roaches every where. We called down to the desk from our cell phone no phone in room... To ask for a different room cuz the roaches was trying to be our friends. Rhey said they didnt have a room... Paid 65$ bucks i wasnt expecting 5 star rooms but dang... Just bad.

It was about as expected given the price. It was annoying to have to go to their neighboring property for ice as their only ice machine was broken. The remote in our room was sticky with who knows what. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, which caused condensation to run down the walls, carrying the dirt/filth with it. I would rate it worse but, when you pick the cheap place, it’s what you get *shrug. Say hello to the many folks who live there on a weekly rate……..

They need to clean up the trash that lives there. Stupid loudmouth drunk woman with six dudes hanging around my door screaming and hollering all night. Repeatedly called the desk asking them to help me get them to leave or be quiet. Paid $80 for a room and left more tired than when I arrived.

Empty bullets found outside my room. Trash piled up outside of rooms. 3 bicycles parked at rooms with homeless hanging out. Ghetto all the way.

The one positive thing I will say about this hotel is that despite being roadside, our room was extremely quiet. However it was old and dirty. The sheets had stains. Furniture was banged up. There were marks all over the wall. I’m honestly surprised there weren’t bed bugs.

Took one look at the people LIVING there and did not stay. Loose pit bull roaming the property someone with 20 bicylcles for sale on the property. I thought i might get robbed, raped and murdered if I had staed there!!!!!

This mosquito-infested dump was the worst motel stay of my life. Property is worn-down and in need of a makeover, and there were sketchy people roaming around the parking lot. Room was not ready when we checked in, but they gave us the key to the room so that we could see the mess the previous guests had left. When the housekeeper came, she told us to wait 15 minutes for her to clean the room. When she was "finished," we weren't sure if she had changed the sheets and there was still hair and bits of trash in the corners. Ew! The worst part is that their credit card machine was broken, and after several attempts they finally charged me for the room under the Dreamland Inn (next door, which they also own). In doing that, that somehow made *this* reservation null and void, so I didn't earn my rewards stamp for this stay. Awful waste of money, and not convenient to Memphis either. :(

The property is right off the freeway so easy to find but the freeway noise was awful. There was a chirping sound in my room like a smoke detector battery going bad. Holes in the curtain, dirt on the floors, even around the nightstand. No hairdryer, no shampoo, no tissues, no conditioner or lotion and no coffee in the room.
There was an old, filthy, stained, upholstered chair.
i did not see any bugs except a fly that probably came in with me. The satellite went down several times as I tried to watch TV and it was not windy or storming. I booked the room because it was on Expedia and I wrongly thought it was prescreened.

This hotel is actually a MOTEL. It is extremely dirty. When we checked in our door to the room we were supposed to stay in was standing open. This is a VERRY rough place. I would not recommend staying here especially if you have children.

Despite a great location along the highway, it doesn’t seem like they want to upgrade the rooms. My room obviously was used by a guest who smoked in the room. Little to nothing amenities despite the ads on Expedia. Will not come back again

Overall it was a nice quiet clean Motel with friendly Staff. The Room was Spacious, Bed was Comfortable, Wifi Connection was Fast and the Shower was Hot.

The staff was excellent. These are walk up rooms, we arrived late at night and my young son and I did not know the area and were nervous staying on the ground floor by ourselves. They were very helpful and offered us a room closer to the office or a refund even though we had reserved the room months in advance and our cancellation period had expired. Rooms were clean and true to the website photos.
