Wow!!! Amazing Hotel. We have been to many increíble hotels, However we have never felt so at home with PETER. Increíble bedrooms, food, drinks, SPLENDID.

What didn't I like, everything was exceptional ad above and beyond expectations! Check-in was the best ever so relaxing & calming. The property and rooms are brilliant but what makes this place so exceptional was the friendliness of the staff. Make sure you let Darren & the team plan your wine tours they truly know what they are doing!

Our stay was very remarkable. James (Manager) took his time to prepare an itinerary for the our Wine Tram Tour and he picked the best vineyards for our wine tasting. We are so grateful!

Beautful gardens, fantastic mountain views, excellent service. Really lovely. Complimentary wine tasting, arrival champagne, free mini bar, dark chocolate, cookies, a bottle of wine. Room views were stunning.

This is an amazing hotel in an amazing area.The staff were extremely helpful and we would strongly recommend this hotel.we were also given an upgrade which was extremely kind and hope to return again this year.Nothing to do with the hotel but the Franchoek vineyard tram wine tour is excellent and good way to look around the area helped by a free transfer from the hotel to the town.

Totally FABULOUS. Peter & Adam at the front desk are superlative. You need to borrow an iPhone charger? They GIVE you one! You are greeted with “Welcome home, plus champagne and a sofa, not a desk & credit card machine. A dinner reservation has already been made for you. The minibar is included as are a jar of cookies, two bars of chocolate, and even the bath rubber duckie is yours to keep. Shuttle service to restaurants & wineries is free & quick. Breakfast and the breakfast setting is to die for. Our modern oval bedroom, one of the most affordable units, had a balcony and step down to a rose & orchid garden, outdoor chess patio, herb garden and gazebo. The view was overlooking the town, grape fields, and dramatic mountains. The buildings are thatched roof, and stucco exterior in a French country motif. This place gets an 11 out of 10, with absolutely no negatives.

Hotel was close to all amenities, the Milo restaurant served lovely fresh food, staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating....can’t wait to go back for a return visit....

Lovely room. The first time we have had a mini bar replenished so quickly and with unlimited wine and chocolate! Superb location on the hillside with views of the mountains and the vines. Friendly, knowledgeable wine tasting included.

This place is perfection, and really captures the art of understated elegance. Everything is thought through with the greatest attention to detail in the rooms and grounds. What really makes this place stand out though is the wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Such a cool hotel, staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. I arrived alone with a day to fill before my husband got there and they were so friendly and gave me great ideas of things I could do safely on my own. Fabulous restaurant and amazing facilities with a view that is not rivalled in my opinion! Loved it.

This Richard Branson hotel is still being transformed , but what's been done is classy , modern , and very appealing . The team are working super hard to ensure that the still developing offer isn't comprising the experience - so the welcome was warm , the service personable and attentive and the rooms pretty much brand new !! I would totally recommend it Ate at Miko in front of the fire on Saturday night , and had breakfast on the terrace bathed in sunshine on Sunday morning . It was perfect . Not super luxe but super classy
