Unbeatable location and view. Wonderful friendly staff. We had a really lovely time here.

Located right on the water in the old port and in the heart of the old city, this hotel is in perfect walking distance to many, many shops and restaurants. The closest organized beach was a 10 minute walk away. (Beach towel provided upon request at hotel) The staff were really fantastic. They were all very friendly and attentive which made the whole experience wonderful. My room did not have a sea view but there is a sweet little terrace on the third floor overlooking the harbour with view of the lighthouse. If you are renting a car, the parking is a little challenging as you cannot park in the old city. But if you’re patient you’ll find a spot. It’s about a 10 minute walk from any of the parking areas to the hotel. Overall was extremely happy with choosing to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

Outstanding staff at location in Reception, Housekeeping, and Breakfast at adjoining property. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room was exceptionally comfortable with a scenic view of harbor. Window/door shutters were ample to block light/noise from the restaurants/harbor below. Balcony view/access was a nice added touch. Would stay again given the conditions, services, and amenities nearby.

Very nice hotel and staff very friendly and enjoyable breakfast. My only complaint was in the evening and late evening the noise from the reception desk was rather loud and disturbed us getting to sleep on a couple of nights.

Hotel was great. We had a sea view with balcony and it was fabulous. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast is in another Aria hotel which is a 1 minute walk away. Hotel location is great - right on the harbor front and near all the lovely restaurants. Room was big, nice bed, air con, coffee machine. Bathroom quite small, but that was OK. Highly recommend Chania and this hotel. For the price paid. it's a much better option than some of the other sea front boutique hotels!

Wow! From the excellent service, helpful concierge, good breakfast, and stunning views, this hotel is definitely worth the 1 min. walk from the convenient taxi drop-off spot at Starbucks!

Amazing views from the room over the Venetian harbour. Prime spot for watching the New Year fireworks! Quality renovation of a very old property, tastefully done. the staff were helpful and very friendly, we would stay here again.

This is a very cute hotel right in the heart of Chania. Room is like a redone apartment from 100 years ago. Character and charm off the charts with the old sink and cooking area with exposed and plastered stone walls. The bath is totally current, granite, glass shower, rainforest shower. I would recommend these rooms vs. the ones with views, much more character. You can go top to the roof if you want a view! Although the room is above the busy shopping area the quality windows and shutters close out all light and noise. Both of the young men that were at the front desk were kind and helpful with beach and restaurant recommendations. Five stars, wish I had their names. Breakfast was at a sister hotel a few doors away and very nice for a hotel of this size. Public/Street parking is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel as it is located in a pedestrian area and that is about as close as you can get in a car. We were able to find a spot both times we needed one. I would opt for the extra car insurance so you don't have to worry about it although we had no problems. There are many shops and restaurants/tavernas in the area of course. I would recommend the Greek food, we had some pizza that was a little sketchy! I would recommend this or other hotels in the Elia Group. Attention to detail, excellent staff and good value!

Just had an overnight stay but wow. Warm welcome and easy check in. Front facing room overlooking the harbour, not overly large but in a building that old didn't expect it to be. Would definitely return again.

The view from our room over the harbour and lighthouse was magnificent. The reception wasn’t open when we arrived when was supposed to be. Sometimes a little slow to answer emails about airport transfers

Loved the hotel, small and quaint right on the harbour front, perfect location for great dining, shopping and exploring. Our room was large and spacious with en-suite. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect, from organising transport to and from the airport to finding a kettle for our room, which was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold dishes so plenty to choose from. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay again.

What a fabulous little hotel! Right on the harbor, so possibility of a harbor-view room - which I had and loved - in addition to a rooftop with a magnificent view. Right in the middle of the old town, with back-alleys and wonderful charm. The room was spacious with great and quiet AC. Breakfast was not in the hotel, but truly a few feet away with a wonderful assortment of Greek delicacies. Service at the hotel and breakfast place was spectacular - not only smiles and happiness, but also a commitment to helping guests - description of breakfast foods, or guidance to the best restaurants based on the guest's tastes - Dimitris at the hotel reception was awesome! Absolutely wonderful experience!

I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! This hotel is located right in the middle of EVERYTHING in Old Town, shopping, dining, drinks, scenic views etc. All the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a great selection and was located in one of the sister hotels less than a block away. Just know there are no cars allowed to drive through old town, so you can get dropped as close as they can and I had to walk about 10 minutes with all my luggage and thank god my room was on the 1st floor. No elevators. Again, loved my stay and would recommend this place for sure.

I really like this hotel. I was in room one which does not have a port view- but the room was beautiful with elements of the Venetian architecture still intact. Even though I didn't have the water view, there was a roof top area that has a beautiful view of the port and I was able to spend some time there. The included breakfast was great and the staff at the breakfast location were very friendly as was the staff at the hotel- they were very helpful without exception. I may try to get a port-view room next time. My only suggestion is having USB ports in the room for charging.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and with an incredible view. In terms of the room alone, it was fantastic. Location is amazing - in the heart of the Old Venetian Port. Some things worth noting for other travellers: No way to get anywhere close to this hotel with a car, taxi, or bus. This may be a good thing, but would have been helpful to know in advance as I had a rental car. Parking is possible several blocks away; guests need to walk several blocks to the hotel (pedestrian traffic only). No late (or even slightly late) checkout after 11am, and no luggage storage; was told bags would be left in an open area. Not helpful as my flight was in the evening. No on-site restaurant or bar, and breakfast is served at another hotel nearby.

Nice hotel , very nice situated in the port. Small but comfortable rooms and some if them ( superior rooms) with excellent view of the port and the nightlife. Nice breakfast in close by hotel.

The room was big, clean and really cosy. And the breakfast was amazing. Would stay there again just for the breakfast!

Great Venetian Harbor location. Great staff. Great room! The only negative is if you have a rental car, parking is tough to find if you get back later in the evening.

Excellent hotel at perfect location to explore old town Chania. Great staff, breakfast, and room cleaning service. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime!
