It was very peacefull and quiet place I didn't like the check out time it was very short time (11:00 am )usually is at 13 hrs...

We had to walk through the laundry area and dirty alley to get to our room. The TV stand and night stands were dusty and corridors were dark and musty. The beds were comfortable and ok for on overnight stay. The grounds were nice with lots of vegetation. Breakfast was good and personnel was friendly.

Property hss no elevator and rooms are not only outdsted but choirs and sofas were either broken or stained

The inside of the property has a huge garden area with a walking trail that makes it enjoyable.

Old facilities dirty bathrooms with dust and muld on corners !!!Old towels and lamps not working.Just its not worth the money!!At the check in the didn’t have my reservation ready they made me wait 15 minutes for my room not very attentive!!

The property is pet friendly but only has 2 rooms for pets and they charge you for each night an amount of $400 pesos plus taxes extra and I don’t agree of that because you have a different price for the room and you need to pay extra. Also they don’t have pool the pool is property of the Holiday Inn and the Holiday decide if they allow or not the Wyndham hotel guest to use it or not Finally the rooms don’t have a good air conditioner

We had no electricity for a while , and the place is very old fashioned and needs updating, but served its purpose for one night.

Service was very friednly and helpful. Rooms were outdated, shower head broke/fell off when we turned water on.

The rooms had a clear lack of maintenance on different areas depending on the room (I stayed in 2 different ones because of an issue I'll explain below). On the 1st one the bathroom door was damaged because of water on the bottom and the TV furniture doors had exposed nails and was not assembled properly, also the curtain stick was broken, also the bathtub was clogged. On the 2nd room the blackout curtain was missing so there was bright inside and the kids woke up early when the sun arise, also the sink seemed wear. Finally on the first room during 2nd night I arrived very tired and fell to bed soon until I started with some itching on an arm and because I was still tired I just turned and then the other arm became itchy also, I noticed some bug bites on both arms and didn't know if those were from the Aquarium I went that day, then after watching some TV I noticed a bedbug walking next to me on the bed comforter, so I catched it on a water bottle and took it to the front desk to claim about it and I just received a room change with other maintenance problems... When arriving home I went to the hospital because I had an allergic reaction from the bug bites and lost time and money because of their lack of maintenance and clealiness on the propiety. I had good memories with the location before the hotel separated into 2 different brand hotels sharing a common pool that is very nice and convenient, but because of this experience I won't arrive to this one ever again.

Location is good near everything, the rooms are dated, at night there is no light on all corridors, found trash and laundry bags on hallways. Also the climate equipment keep buzzing and making noises all night.

Good time there

I enjoyed it very much tranquil with the beautiful garden and the option to the pool. I would stay again if in the area again. Thank you,

Aircndition was bad

I booked a sweet deluxe room on Expedia, when I arrived, they told me they did not have available rooms for me, and they gave me a handicap too bed room. So be careful booking on Expedia because they offer you a room and when you arrive they do not have it. I blame Expedia for this problem. Additionally, the fee I paid for the deluxe suite was the same charge when I arrive for a totally different room that I did not need. This was a handicap accessible room which I did not need. Neither did I ask for it. So be careful when booking through Expedia.

Primeramente nos asignaron un cuarto que realmente no tenía la limpieza adecuada de un hotel, tanto en el baño como en la carpeta de la habitación. Después nos cambiaron de habitación y el baño estaba sucio con cabellos en el suelo. La reserva fue por 3 personas y solo tenían 2 toallas, ni una mas para la manos o alguna otra necesidad

Property was overall nice. Didn’t feel super clean (bathroom had some hair) but overall was good. Shower pressure wasn’t great and weakened as the shower would progress. Hot water wasn’t super hot either.

The carpet appeared very old and soiled. The bed sheets appeared to be very old. There was no fridge in room. We constantly kept on calling front desk for extra towels, soap, because we always got 2. The breakfast- food was good and service was great.

The hotel needs either more personal to keep the place clean or a manager. Our shower was terrible, no curtains and in general sheets looked not clean. The food was good but they didn’t offered variety. We spent 5 days eating the same thing. For the price they charge it is not worth it

The Wyndham name has a lot of weight behind it, yet this place is OLD, SMELLS OLD and is in urgent need of renovation. THE PROPERTY has NOTHING to do with the “normal” Wyndham properties and as such was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It simply is a dump. We were going to extend our stay but after seeing the property of course it was not worth staying even one more night.

At first, I paid a room to include safe, but didn't have it. I reached out to front desk and they requested to have one delivered to my room. Second day I went back to report that safe was not installed in room and they send a second request. Third day I went back and same thing. Reported to have one safe installed in room, never happened. After third day, my door lock was not working properly. I reported it and after third day nothing happened so I gave up. It worked for few more days, but still had issue until the day I left. Property was clean, and well kept for the old building. Service was great. all the maids were so nice and pleasant. I really liked their service. Maids were making sure that guests had everything needed to have a pleasant visit. I felt bad because it seems like they were working really hard and like in need of more staff to assist with high volume. Breakfast was good even tho low staff was making it a little hard for them to keep up food in trays with the high demand. Hotel was so busy those 2 weeks I stayed. I would consider to go back to hotel. It is very convenient to La Perla Mall and other shopping malls and close to Zona Centro. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

I booked a room for this hotel, they did not have a room for me and I was still charged. They are also not pet friendly even though they claim to be. Avoid this place, choose any other hotel.
