Everything was great!

Excellent location for the Crystal Grand theatre. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Property was well kept. Hotel room was adequate.

The hotel has a good size room that you were able to work and relax. I appreciated the microwave and the refrigerator. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the availability of coffee first thing in the morning. Staff was kind and friendly too.

The TV didn't work and the people above us were making noise all night and then to top lit off the people above flooded our closet and got our good clothes all wet

It was a hotel room. Nothing special.

It was a nice place to stay for a one night stay. It was very clean and conveniently located.

Front desk at check in was a terrible experience. Card was run multiple times and when I asked why the lady said, “it doesn’t matter”. The rest of the stay was fine. Super thin walks and a rock-hard bed, but that’s standard these days.

Overall a good stay. We had to ask for housekeeping which I thought was a little strange. And when we did get it all that was done was making the beds and taking out the trash. No vacuuming or wiping anything down. Also the pool area was so hot it was uncomfortable sitting down there while my son swam. But we did enjoy the hot breakfast. The coffee was very good! Overall I would stay here again.

staff was very friendly, pool and workout room was pretty good, really liked the room design and the bathroom shower with the adjustable head for the kids. also tv was good. my only complaint is the way the air conditioner vent couldnt be adjusted to not blow directly on the bed, very cold sleeping on that side. over all would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were large in size and suited us as a family of five perfect. Nicely located - close to everything Room was not clean (a lot of hairs in the bathroom, dirty under bed/couch The breakfast was not ready at 630 as advertised. With hungrer, jetlagged children that was annoying

Room was spacious. Sofa bed was terrible. Check out woman was rude. Other front desk people were great. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast area was kept well stocked and clean. Pool was murky and stinky. Workout area was good.

The location was within 10 minutes or less to the plaaces we went to.

They offered a nice daily breakfast buffet offering the usual things - waffles, eggs, fruit, etc. The room was very comfortable and offered daily cleaning upon request. The location was excellent requiring a 5 to 10 minute drive to most of the main attractions.

Overall, our stay was pretty pleasant. My only issue - we traveled with 3 children, 2 of them small. Apparently our room was right above their meeting room and they happened to be having meetings both mornings we were there. We were informed both mornings our kids were being too loud. I was trying to keep them down before anyone even said anything, but anyone who has small boys, know they're pretty rambunctious. I felt really bad but also think it was a bad decision to place us in the room directly above the meeting room. The room itself was very nice. I liked the layout and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also really good.

Good location

We stayed the night after a long day at Noah’s Ark. The first impression was everything was perfect. We don’t take many vacations so this was a very special day for my oldest son(16 years old) to stay in a nicer hotel. He took a ton of pictures of the place as we walked in the lobby. We were greeted by a very friendly gal at the front desk who gave us our rooms keys and checked us in. Went to our room to change out of our swim clothes and shower. First impression of the room was it was really nice! Has all the space we needed for three of us and ac worked great. Sheets looks clean and countertop surfaces looked clean.As we got into the room though my wife found in the bathroom vanity a bunch of clothes from a previous guest underneath the sink(she was looking for extra towels when she discovered these). There was a frayed carpet in the doorway as well. When I went to turn the faucet on to splash our face I noticed that the faucet head had loosened up from the vessel sink and was crooked. It’s not major things but it’s little things like this that make you feel like the place is not well kept and make you wonder what else is not being maintained. Overall the breakfast was great and the stay was great. We didn’t get a chance to go swimming in the pool here but we’re impressed with pretty much everything else. A little maintenance goes a long way to making sure that the place is looking nice for the next person. Iinformed the front desk at checkout of items above

Pictures of this place online are really pretty and the place looks nice. Upon arriving we checked in and our room looked just like the pictures. As I checked out the room I noticed a bunch of used towels thrown under the sink which seemed gross. The couch cushions were very dirty and gross as well. Stains were on both sides of the cushions. Final straw was being woken up in the middle of the night by my daughter to tell me there was a giant bug in the bathroom. This place was just plain nasty. Ok for the 1 night we stayed but definitely won't be staying here for any future visits to the Dells.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. For 3 days in a row scrambled eggs were provided. And they just had the same thing except changed out the meat. I wasn’t very fond of their breakfast. Front desk was hard to reach. Anytime I called I’d be put straight to hold or straight to voicemail. Room service was very weird here at Spring Hill. We requested room service and the person only cleaned out our trash and took dirty towels and provided new towels. We requested everything to be cleaned. Besides those the hotel had elevators which was nice for us as we were on a trip with toddlers. The room was pretty big and spacious (we were group of 6. Two toddlers and 4 adults).

Nice room &facilities

Comfortable mattress - nice wide screen TV - good water pressure in shower - very quiet - couldn’t hear any of the other people around our room. Breakfast had many choices - would’ve liked fresh bananas and nutella included in the buffet. Well planned room - would like a radio with a sleep sounds channel. Was a pleasant stay - easy access to the highway.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet. Grandson enjoyed the pool, at the end of the day.

Great place in the middle of all the attractions and dining.

Very clean. Very good free breakfast. I would happily stay there again! The only thing we noticed that was odd is no office sign or welcome etc outside what was the main entrance.

Not up to the Marriott standards. Not enough toilet paper, and room was not cleaned during our stay.
