It was what is was. A comfortable, clean and pleasing hotel room, but with no additional facilities of any sort, including restaurant, bar, laundry etc.

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. I like that they provide complete toiletries, with vanity kit, sewing kit etc. Their slippers are comfy. Walking distance to Lavender and Bendemeer MRT.

Hotel YAN met my expectations with its convenient location just minutes away from Bendemeer and Lavender MRT stations. There is an abundance of dining options within walking distance. The staff's friendly and helpful demeanor added a personal touch to the experience, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was small but spotless. This is a perfectly acceptable hotel in a very central location. We had nice stay and I would book this hotel again if/when we return to Singapore.

there are restaurants and coffee shop arounds the hotel which is convenient. Room is clean, just 3 comments on facilities, 1. I paid extra for balcony but plants outside are all died 2. the stepper for the rubbish bin is broken, so I need to open the cover by hand. 3. TV is not plugged until I request to front desk

Room was small but had all the essentials. Staff were helpful. Location was good with variety of transport links.

Due to Formular 1 the stay was really expensive - we paid a lot for one night. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever slept in (as a couple) - but it's setting is perfect, very modern! I would not want to stay more than 1 night (really too small), but it was clean and somehow special. And the people were extremely friendly and helpful!

Room very small. No table no chair. A bit far away from MRT station or bus stops. TV reception poor and only three channels available. Good to have food courts very close by.

Dining is everywhere. Hotel location is convenient for transportation like MRT and near everywhere in downtown. The price is also very affordable and practical.

They need to have some professional cleaning here. It was disappointing to see a tiny spider on my pillow. Bed lights not working and full of dusts. Remote control and kettle with dusts. TV only 3 channels to choose from. And TV LCD colours is horrible. Air conditioning have a noisy noise, it's not the quiet type. They need to fix it. When taking a shower, even though turnup the heater, but it's still cold an dthats because the sliding door is unable to close fully. Resulting a gap for the cold air to stream into the shower room. :( No hair dryer. Room small. Overall regretted spending so much money on it. Really not worth it. Stayed for two nights and that's why no room service/daily housekeeping. If anything I need I have to go down and ask for it. Overall, horrible wasted money experience. Not recommended. Spend your money elsewhere will be so much worth it.

The hotel itself is clean and modern looking, however, the room is a bit too small and not even a dining table in sight. The air con was noisy which means it lacked servicing and the fridge was extremely small too. I did like the rain shower head though.

Clean and quiet lovely hotel lots of food options outside the hotel.

This is a convenient hotel. Close to MTR train, Little India and a very nice food court. The room was quite small for two persons with two rather big suitcases. The toilet...hmmm.. the wall in glass...privacy is very difficult to keep. I would recommend you are used to be tight.
