Quick check in and out, nice size rooms, good bed.

This hotel is apparently in an area the homeless frequently pass through. There were two cars parked at the hotel which appeared to have people living in them. One (obviously) homeless person was wandering around between the hotel and a nearby store and the next thing we noticed he was inside the hotel hallway going who-knows-where! Also, the toilet is one of the shortest (lowest to the ground) we've ever seen. We were also unable to get the heat turned on in our room even with the front desk person working at it. Aside from all that, the room and beds were quite comfortable.

Mold in the shower/tub. With what few guests there were, we were put in rooms next to each other causing a noise nightmare. No amenities in the room. People walking noisily on outside walkway all night. Very low cost bed and pillows led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. I shall not use them again.

We did not appreciate being accused of having illegal drug pipes, when we most certainly did not.
Just because a pipe was found in the parking lot does not mean it was ours
Why weren't we asked..

We got what we paid for and expected. Room was very cold and the registar was broken but we did heat.

The only thing was no coffee pot in room. Other than that, wonderful stay

It was an ok place to stay. There were very friendly people working there that made checking in and out easy.
It was a pretty clean room but someone's toilet or something ran all night and it was noisy. Once they got up in the morning that stopped. There was box elder bugs on the bathroom floor and when i turned the tub water on, lots of small flying bugs came out of the drain

Very nice only wish the shooter had more pressure!!

When booking make sure you mention you need a fridge and or microwave. The building I was in had neither. Traveling for work and packing my own food to save money with the chance of my food going bad was not fun. If it were summer it would have m. My ice would have melted much faster.

The bed was horrible. It was so hard and uncomfortable. Every time I turned over it made loud sounds like it was going to fall apart. I woke up with a terrible back ache and didn’t get much sleep. The TV was getting ready to go out so there was these red blobs all over the screen. Very uncomfortable 😣

It was a great stay. Some dark stains stood out, but no worries. Saw a patron come out of room with his dog. Great stay though.

meh, not the worst for the price, but still a beaten down joint

There was a smell of cigarette smoke.
I got a cheaper rate the next day when I decided to stay an extra night BECAUSE I went directly through the hotel and they asked for my AAA!! So, I will likely always do that

A nice clean, affordable place to stay. A little off the main interstate, but I would recommend it for someone looking for a decent place.

Noted to staff a couple problems in the bath area and they were fixed while we were out for the day.

Property is a bit dated in room decor (at least ours) and parking lot is older pavement. Staff interest was very good, muffins and coffee only in the am. Had an excellent dinner at a restaurant recommended by the front desk a block to the south.

This is a well used hotel in need of updating. My wife found the bed to be uncomfortable. For one night, it was survivable.

Had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and very spacious. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance and the brewery next door is great. I will definitely stay here again!

extremely good location for our needs. Room was clean and in good condition. Brooks Street is very busy but we were not bothered.
Would have liked more breakfast choices, but our boiled eggs along with muffins made a good combination.

Good motel for the price. Only muffins for breakfast. No shampoo so bring your own. Would stay at again.

Staff was very nice. Room was not. Patched holes on the walls and ceiling. Light switches that didn't do anything. Hot water ran out in minutes (tried multiple times over 2 days). Could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms. Really needs a lot of work to be as they say.

It's old and everything in it is old. But, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we both slept very well.

It was clean and tge room was huge. Nice location. Nice bathtub and toilet. Bathroom counter/ sink needs replacing. The worst thing was the carpet. Not only badly needing repacenent, but also is so loose that it has waves in it. Price was fair and a good value. Yes, I plan to return
