When we arrived in the room, we discovered that the tub had standing water in it with hair. The tub had black mold growing around the caulked edge. The toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned thoroughly. We requested a non smoking room but the floor we stayed on reeked of cigarettes. The temperature in the room was set very low and it took more than an hour to regulate the temperature to a comfortable level

The stay was amazing. The front desk staff is so professional and courteous. They really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was far better than expected. The rooms were clean, spacious, & very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here whenever in the area.

Appears to have construction/remodeling going on. Had to wait awhile for front desk staff - she appeared to be on her own for front desk and cleaning/stocking duties. Breakfast was a huge disappointment

Property is under construction due to some sort of major maintenance issue so there is a distinct moisture, mold smell in the hall ways and rooms. Also, the bed skirt in our room was filthy and we've found hotels in this area don't do housekeeping as a standard even when requested. I requested and didn't receive service, ended up just getting clean towels.

The facility was under construction however this did not affect us. The staff was always friendly. The lady who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed having 2 king beds. They were very comfortable

We were charged a $50 pet fee, which was not disclosed on your site. Room was flooded when we checked into room with a water leak. Had to be moved. Found out other pet owners were not charged the $50 excessive pet fee. Others snuck in their large pets. The fee was very excessive for a kenneled tea cup dog. I would never have agreed to stay had that been disclosed by your site at reservation.

The person who checked us in was very pleasant and cheerful. We actually felt like they wanted our business, which is a bit rare these days.

This property screwed me out of $255 bc of their manager mistake!!! The hotel called me to confirm a reservation and I told them the dates I wanted to make sure they had them dates and he said yes so he put me down for the wrong dates and I lost my money. Worst customer service ever!!! Expedia service was just terrible also!! Worst experience ever from the hotel and booking website!!!

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. I really liked that they supplied Dove hygiene products. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and professional. I don't have anything negative to say because everything was great.

The hotel rooms were amazing, thats how a room should be! 2 king size beds and a sitting area, with plenty of room. The entire facility was clean and the staff were very eager to make your stay worth it.
