I would definitely stay there again. On the plus side of things, the staff, the room, the location.
On the 4 star rating, was on the noise level above our room overnight and again at 6AM. We were on the 4th floor. I usually ask for the highest floor but forgot to do that this time around.
There are no safes in the room and my partner is a police officer so he carries all the time, and again, my fault for not asking ahead.
The elevators in the garage were dirty, and they are not connected to the building.
Nothing major, and like I said, I would definitely stay again.

Stay was short but great! Their service was amazing and the room was very clean and modern. View from the room was ehh but aside from that our stay was perfect. Also, if you will be eating out the hotels location is very desirable. Less than 5min from restaurants, river walk and shops.

The rooms are nice and have everything you need. Bed is comfortable. There is not a lot of room to hang clothes as there is no closet in the rooms with two beds. The checking in process is a bit cumbersome, as there are no staff people to help with luggage and then you have to move the vehicle up to the 3rd floor in the garage. Also, when I pulled into the check in area, there was not parking. All spaces were blocked by cones. I like that they are dog friendly. Staff was ok, but certainly not overly friendly.

We were in NYC for the day and crossing over to NJ to spend the night was a smart idea! The location was perfect, super helpful and friendly staff.

The front desk who helped was kind and let me check in early. She was very accommodating after I told her that we are going to attend a funeral service at 1:00 pm, so we were able to take a shower and get ready in time for the funeral. Thank you!

We were only here for 2 nights but wish we could have experienced more of what this hotel had to offer. The hotel itself and commons areas are very well kept. Small but plenty to offer from breakfast area, bar and a Starbucks right on the main floor level. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us navigate using the transit app to get into NYC. Our room was very clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. We were able to get a good nights rest while quiet surroundings. Even taking a nap during the day was nice and easy to do. I would stay here again.

The hotel is lovely. Great location for us. The front desk representative was very friendly and nice. The only problem we had was the people/kid(s) in the room above us. Sounded like the child was running laps and jumping off the bed....a lot. It was quite loud. Soundproofing could be better. We were in town to clean out my recently deceased brother's apartment and were physically and emotionally exhausted. But the hotel certainly is not responsible for the guests who can be inconsiderate.

Our trip was enjoyable. From check in with LInna to the day we left. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We decided to stay in NJ because we were taking our three boys to American Dream. It was about a 30-40 min drive due to traffic. We took the ferry across into the city and found it to be easy to navigate. We also did Dyker Heights one evening.

The guests above me were banging and making loud noises up until midnight and then started again at 6:30 Sunday morning.

Smelled musty, carpets stained, just in desperate need of a deep clean. Highly overpriced for the property condition.

Lobby was pleasant and clean, had the pool to ourselves which was great for our kid. Beds comfy, bathroom could have used some care as mirror had permanent stains on it and shower curtain rod bent so curtain only stayed in middle and didn’t extend for privacy

My husband and I stayed here and had an amazing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled soooo good and super clean. You have stores, restaurants and bars near you. I will definitely be revisiting.

Upon check-in, The front desk person didn't seem too thrilled to be there and some man was standing around in a suit just staring at people but didn't seem to offer any assistance. Not sure what his job was.

They say it’s a salt water pool it is not. You can smell the chemicals and the chlorine but the staff tells you the chemicals are not in the water with a straight face but a maintenance person was honest and said yes it’s a chlorinated pool. This may not be a big deal for most but I booked the hotel for the saltwater pool. Restaurant on site? Opens at 7pm and closes at 9pm. We went down at 8:15 in time to have a burger and one drink on a Friday evening! And the U S Open wasn’t able to be played at the bar!! At night a strange sound like an HVAC came from the roof we were on the 5th floor top floor and we’re fine with it at first until the humming all night every 90 minutes. They acted like no one else ever complained about this! The rooms were large and clean but the lack of integrity honesty and customer care sucks!!!! They should be ashamed
