Super fun trip and super unique stay! We loved it here, and staff were incredibly accommodating.

Nice old property. I believe 1800’s. The Inn is transformed from what was a carriage/barn. Small room with bath was nice. We stayed on the third floor. Took some time for hot water to get there but when it did it was hot. The restaurant next door was excellent. It was pricey. $$$$. But excellent. Nice portions.

Love it! Would recommend! Clean, friendly staff, bar and restaurant attached.

Love that this historic property has been saved and seems to be thriving.

Lovely with a fire place...warm and cozy...had a great stay

Absolutely charming ! I am so glad we opted for this facility over a chain hotel. Our room had a fireplace and seating area, plus two separate bathrooms. I wish we could have taken advantage of the restaurant on the property, but time didn't allow. Next time! The staff was so pleasant, the grounds were beautiful, and so close to shopping and other restaurants. Highly recommend.

A lovely historic building and establishment. Staying there was like staying in the guest room of a fastidious grandparent--Very comfy, clean and tidy, with old fashioned linens in a modest room--Just what I wanted. I was courteously met at the door and given my room key. I didn't make use of the dining room, or really ask for anything outside of a nice place to stay--So my entry for "service" almost could've been "N/A." As far as the basics, everything was perfect.

Coffee maker was not working. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Historic building and lovely grounds. Enjoyed my stay.

My stay was enjoyable. Note: The Inn is air conditioned but there is no way to control the temperature in the room.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

It calls itself a bed and breakfast but only offered a Keurig and some granola bars. Claw foot tub in GW suite unsafe to use as floor all around tub is uneven and sagging …like the tub would fall through the floor. Floor in bathroom sunk considerably with every step. Had to move rugs over raised boards to keep from tripping! King bed was hard and the sheets actually crackled they were so rough.

This period inn is beyond charming. My husband and I stayed in the Winston Churchill suite and were very comfortable there. It had two bathrooms - each one had a john and a shower and a pocket door for privacy. The sinks (two of them) were outside the baths. I presume this unusual setup was due to the age of the building. The linens were incredibly soft and comfortable. We had a small sitting area and a gas fireplace. (It being June, we did not use the fireplace.) The building was very quiet, despite having almost full occupancy.
We didn't dine there, but we did have drinks at the bar. The restaurant/bar is in a separate building, easily accessible. Right next door. The hostess and bartender were both helpful and polite and friendly.
I would return to the Duling Kurtz house in a minute. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the historical nature of this site but it mixed fantastically with modern amenities! The restaurant was fabulous! Its listed as a B&B but there's no breakfast. We loved it nonetheless.

It was adequate. Restaurant was excellent.

I had wished that the linens, especially the towels, could have been more plush, given the price of the room. Also the only window in the room could not stay opened for air to circulate. It appears that it has not been attended to for a very long time.

The Inn was in a lovely country like setting but really in the heart of Exton.

Old country inn off the main drag but so close to shopping, food options, etc

Much more relaxing than a motel.

Exceptional 1800s Inn, very clean, comfortable, and accommodating staff. Wonder restaurant, positioned to provide a memorable 1800s dining experience in several wood fireplace rooms. Take a tour of the historic restaurant building. Beautiful grounds!

Bathroom was a bit small (door couldn't open without hitting toilet - I'm a big guy, was an issue) TV didn't work. room was clean, bed was fine. A tad cool in the room. Overall, acceptable for a good price.

My spouse and I wanted a nice place to stay for a weekend away. The room was nicely furnished and decorated. I loved the historical themes for each room! The weather that weekend was in the mid nineties to low hundreds during the day but the AC in the room worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant had amazing food too. We would absolutely stay there again!

Definitely not worth $186. Bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Had a horrible night’s sleep. False advertising saying breakfast included. A piece of fruit, yogurt cup and stale breakfast bread is not breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint inn. Friendly and clean and very quiet.

check in was a tossed key and terse direction s to the room. Roopm was freezing but no ability to turn airconditioning down or whom to call for service. Breakfast was very limited and served on paper and plastic no tables for seating. Room was old fashioned but that was expected. This was not a B&B more like a hostel...

Clean and quiet, pretty grounds, with nice, friendly staff. Lovely restaurant on site. Property needs a little exterior care, painting (I’m sure COVID played a large role in that). Shopping plaza with restaurants conveniently close by. Would definitely stay again but in a larger room.

Small room, poor positioning of furniture. Open door and bump right into the bed. Could barely get into the room.

Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Duling Kurtz House and Country Inn. The ajoining restaurant provided delicious entrees. My room/bed was very comfortable. The only minor issue was that my television did not work. The proprietors offered to fix it, but I was already in bed when they came to check it. The experience did not negatively impact my stay, however.

We stayed in the Churchill room which had at one time been two smaller rooms. We loved the quaintness and very much appreciated the delightful fireplace. We thought the two small bathrooms were a bonus but their very size worked against them. Barely room to dry yourself after a shower and no handholds to aid a senior citizen with creaky joints to lower and rise up again off the low toilets. Comfort height toilets would be a vast improvement.

When I arrived the receptionist was at the bar (that was fine), but when he came over he just gave me the keys and told me the room was on the third floor. He left and seemed anxious to get back to his job as bartender. When I got to the room (which was nicely appointed) I found that the TV was not working correctly. After some finagling I was able to update the cable box, but the remote was useless for the TV. It changed cable stations but did not turn the TV off/on, nor control volume. I wasn't about to bother the bartender to fix it. Or get the wi-fi code which was not divulged to me nor printed on any notes in the room. Free Wi-fi was advertised.
There was just one small waste basket in the bathroom for the entire suite.
It was quiet and quaint and overall okay.

Nice, cozy Bed &Breakfast. We have stayed before. We stayed in the Lincoln Room which had a very comfortable king bed and extra sitting area. The room also had a small outdoor sitting area with a table and chairs.
There is a restaurant which we have not had the time to try. Breakfast was very sparse. Yougart, apples ,donuts tea and coffee. There were more choices on our previous visit.
