This property has large rooms. Very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ribeirão Preto is somewhat remote. So this place is a gem. You can tell because a lot of business people stay there

Nice and friendly reception at the reception
Good and professional service in the hotel's bar.
It was very, very cold in the breakfast room every morning. The air conditioner was running at full blast.
The staff in the breakfast restaurant talked privately while the guests had their breakfast.
It's a no go.
The hotel room was fine. Simply, the bathroom was decidedly disgusting. As can be seen in the picture below, there was mold in the bathtub. It was never removed during the 9 days we stayed at the hotel.

It’s nice but everything is closed due to the pandemic. The pool and restaurant are closed but they offer free breakfast and room service which is nice. Portions are big (even for an American). The food is good.

Front desk staff in my opinion was non welcoming.

Nice clean room. Delicious breakfast. There are good restaurants near the hotel. Only the mattress is uncomfortable to me.

Nice room, plenty of space, great shower, very good attention provided by the staff and nearby Ribeirao mall.
