Beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend to family & friends. The only thing was the shower head, it wouldn't stay straight it kept turning towards the shower wall. Not a big deal though.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice modern apartment with full kitchen & washer/dryer. We were on the 42nd floor so had an amazing view of Southport. Nice little balcony to sit and relax on. The swimming pool was great and there was a choice of indoor or outdoor, but the outdoor was definitely for the views. The only negative was the lack of pool towels, once when I went for a swim at 7am there were none and then again at 2pm. Housekeeping were pretty good however at getting a couple sent to my room. Would definitely stay again.

Surrounded with the ocean. Great view and not noisy even the suites is located near the highway. Great place.

We had a great stay for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was super spacious, excellent condition and great views. The front desk staffs were hospitable and attentive.
No hesitation in coming back.

the young girl that checked us in on Sat the 10th Dec was absolutely brilliant her name was Aimy, was was very comforting that way she spoke to us and extremely professional with her overall approach, look and just made you feel very, very welcome. 100/100 young lady.

We were booked for 2 nights - only stayed for one - bed incredibly uncomfortable - we both woke up with sore backs - couldn’t have balcony door open as smokers on balcony next door - all we could smell was second hand smoke. Disappointing as the room & outlook was really good.

The property is well located, with a tram stop at the front door and easy access to major roads and tourism sites. There is only minimal traffic and tram noise. Our room was spacious and well furnished with enough kitchen items for basic food preparation, although the lounge was possibly past its use-by date and needed to be replaced with something more comfortable and attractive. Only one thing that was unfortunate was the cockroaches, we killed one large one almost daily during our stay even though we were on L26. It may have been due to the fact we were next to the garbage room. I have pointed this out to management as we checked out, hopefully they look into the issue although the receptionist seemed indifferent about it.

The suite was lovely, but the road noise at night was surprising seeing we had the windows closed and on 29th floor.
