Bunch of roaches in the room. Best ever roach world in my life time. The only Pros is friendly staff.

This was supposed to be a sleep and go stop. When we arrived their system was down so they could not check us in. Hotels.com had to relocate us to a near by hotel.

I check it in at 1:30am and checked out at 6:00am because my daughters did not sleep none it was very unsafe outside many bad people around NEVER EVER AGAIN in my life risk my family in that property very bad smell inside the room no a/c and Bedbugs on the beds

I never stay. The hotel was really bad. Unsecure. Risky. Very dangerous. I have to make another reservation in a different hotel. And the person on the feon desk told me that. "Call the app to get your refund. " when I arrived, I took a look of the place and then I return the key. That's why I'm asking for my refund I make a reservation on this hotel because the pictures on the app looks nice. BUT NOT. It's not fair. I used your app twice that night I forgot to take pictures. I just want to leave.

it was a good stay

This motel was disgusting. After I'd checked in, I went to park my car and found the side just out of sight was like a scene from a Ghetto movie. The room is like a prison cell, one stained blanket on the bed, and no fittings in the room. It looked like the TV had been torn off the wall, and the wires left hanging. All this, to the sound of loud Gangsta Rap pumping from the parking lot. Very obvious signs of meth adicts living here full time, and some shady looking dealings happening by the two busted up RVs in the back of the parking lot. I turned right around and went back to the Office and told them I would not be staying. The clerk didn't even argue, he just said he'd be happy to approve a refund when Hotels.com call. It's obvious he knows how much of a dive this place is. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there. Hotels.com were a pain about getting the refund going. and another hour of my holiday wasted on the phone to them before I could go find somewhere acceptable to stay. This place should not be on Hotels.com, and I have no idea how it ever gets any positive reviews, or people willing to stay more than 5 minutes.

Horrible

This is an Aweful place to stay. Dirty sheets and beds. Graffiti on inside walls, bullet holes in walls. Sketchy people possibly on drugs walking around. Also people live here, only four rooms available for rent. So disappointed. Could not even stay for the first night. Had to leave after being there less than an hour and received no refund. Do not stay here.

I, unfortunately, was desperate for a hotel room. I didn’t know there were so many “conventions in town that booked all of the rooms where I normally stay. I booked here thinking it was the same hotel I had stayed in the past only to realize the hotel had changed. The worst experience in my travel life. I could not sleep due to the arguments amongst tenants at 1 to 4 AM, cars being worked on at 2 AM, car alarms sounding throughout the night. I voiced these concerns to the front office and landed in deaf ears. I checked out early losing my money for the remainder of my reservation. It was worth it. I was also concerned my vehicle would not be safe. I do not recommend this place

The room looked clean, but it had a lot of roaches. When we opened the door and turned on the light, they ran everywhere. Other than that, the shower was hot, the fixtures worked.

The office staff was friendly. That was the only upside. I found a roach in the room. My room was good besides that. However, outside the room was horrible. I seen the staff walking outside with a baseball bat 2x looking for people that were causing problems. Homeless and Crack heads all over. Pool was green.

This property is terrible!!! Do not stay here we checked it and room was a mess! Bed upside down, bed sheets on the ground, roches crawling. I asked front desk for a refund and he said I had to call Expedia to do that. This place should be banned from renting rooms.

A fine place to sleep

The bed was not comfortable. The towels were extra small and terrible, no coffee or wifi, the place was noisy all night I will never stay at this dump again!

Room was not ready and dirty. I showed the room to the staff and pretend and even ask me that whats wrong? It is so obvious it was dirty i.e. bed is not made, no toilet tissue, no courtesy bar soap,shampoo, conditioner, no towels(the towels that was given to me had a stain and almost looks like a rug!) Wish I cancelled my reservations and went somewhere. I should get refunded or get discounted of my unpleasant stay. In the middle of the night i got disturbed somebody knock at the door. Look outside it seems another customer. SCARY!

The room infested with fleas and not quite people yelling and standing in front of my door talking loud the lady in room next to me must been prostitute had like 4 different guys knocking on my door all day long looking for Rachel

Cockroaches, tweakers, dirty, & pepeholes aren’t even done, just a hole in the door. I want a refund.

Graffiti on both mirrors inside the room, including male and female genitalia and references to a 'gang'. No ice machine, no soda machines, nothing. The outer door did not fit tight, like doors get when kicked open. Staff was polite, and in fairness a remodel is in progress. I would suggest removal from Expedia site until remodel is complete. It made you look bad! At least show recent, honest pics....I might go alone for the low price, do not take your wife and kids though.

This was the worst experience ever once again staying at this motel is nothing but problems and it's disgustingly dirty.
