Great Hotel. Excellent customer service. Valet parking a plus too. Highly recommend the king suites.

Homeless were milling around the entryway. Didn't feel comfortable with them watching my stuff!! One snuck into the breakfast area!

This property is very convenient for University of Loyola-Chicago visits - it is right across the street!
Standard, well run Hampton Inn location - clean, up to date, quiet, good service, and consistently decent breakfast. No signficant complaints and this is a good exeperience.
Being near a large campus, there plenty walkable of food options.
Of course their prices increase significantly for Loyala events. For ease of use I accepted it. As a likely 3-4 times a year visitor for the next 4 years, I may have to shop around a bit - but I have a strong preference for Hampton Inn properties.
Valet parking is very convenient - easy, quick, removes the almost impossible task of self parking. It was $40/night, with in/out priviledges. Plus a tip if you are so inclined. Factor that into your budeting if you are driving.
This location is right on the Chicago Transit red line rail service. Without traffic it is a 25 minute drive dowtown. With traffic, all bets are off.
I'd recommend this location anytime for a Chicago stay.

The room was typical but the HVAC kept me awake through the first night. I asked the front desk and they reassigned me to room with a functioning system No apology or 'consideration' but they did what was essential

The hotel room was clean, but the 4th floor had a horrible sewage smell during all three days of my stay.

Room was clean and staff was great. A lot of kids/teens being loud and running around.

Weather is good that day and everything is so much fun!!!

Nice well located hotel.

Room was clean and functional. Bed seemed to have a bit of a trough in the middle, and could clearly hear noise (trucks, loud cars, sirens) from the street below. Front desk staff were generally friendly, but we were disappointed when they told us we could not get a receipt for our stay, nor that they could send us anything over e-mail, since we had booked through hotels.com.

This is by far the very best Hampton Inn experience we have ever had! 25/10✨
Staff is exceptional, place is spotless, organized, roomy, quiet, and on & on!
Huge Thank you to Ella, Maddie, Xavion & Carlos! Our lives are better because you really touched us with your exceptional customer service♥️🤩

There are two issues preventing me from giving this property a 5 star rating. Two cars in our group were damaged due to an attempted break in. We felt that neither the hotel management nor the (what we discovered after the fact,) third party vendor were sympathetic enough to our dilemma. The second was a slow drain in my shower.

View...not so much. But we were only there to sleep.

Good location for our visit. Carlos at the front desk was fantastic! The only downside was the water pressure in the shower was too low, but I find that is the case in most hotels.

It was fine. The hotel is clean ans nice. They did authorize $50 per night on my credit card for "incidentals" but I havs no idea what that could be. They don't even have a mini-bar. Housekeeping only offered with a 24 hour advance request.

We had a pleasant time staying here. The beds and pillows were wonderful and very comfortable. The products in the bathroom were quite good, and had pleasing scent. I would definitely stay here again.

Not familiar with Chicago at all so I did my research beforehand booking my reservation! This hotel did NOT disappoint!!!! All of the staff we so friendly! The rooms were sp clean and spacious! Felt very safe there coming in and out in the wee early hours of the morning. Yes, you pay for parking, but we knew that beforehand because we read the description! It was sooo worth it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If we ever come to Chicago again, we will definitely stay here!
